Amazingly good service, knowledgeable, competent staff, reasonable prices. I was traveling in Barcelona when I dropped and broke my phone; dropped in to Alertaphone with no appointment and was out of there with it fixed in an hour. I was so impressed I went back to change the battery a week later. Front desk staff member Laura was especially kind, helpful and patient! (and speaks great English!) Highly recommend them.
