They are not bad people, they just do not know how to communicate with each other and are very disrespectful of all and any customers inquiring a job. Not only are recruiters in HR on a different page for their candidates, but they will outright lie to them.

I hated this job soo much because I only worked there for only 4 days and I got laid off due to slow work production. On my first day nobody really helped me or talked to me. When I ask " Maria Flores the supervisor " she would just tell me to go talk to some of the workers or the leads and when I ask the worker and the leads what are they working on and it seems like the workers didn't even want to communicate and but just look at me stupid and how am I expected to work at a place with no communication and team work who doesn't want to collaborate together and what is the worst part is Eastridge didn't care to help me find another job after I got laid off and told me I am no longer in contact them for any help.. HOW RIDICULOUS!

Its the worst company I have ever worked most of the female leads are disrespectful, and they overwork the people badly , there were like 2 female leads that were awesome I cant remember there names but I do remember one of the leads shes a very bad human bean her name is Gina, I quit because I was going to start school but Im so glad I left that place because I felt I was going to knock one of those female leads. The male leads are kool I never had no problems with them and on top of the fact they overwork you they don't let you take your brakes completely. I don't recommend anyone to work for this company please people do your research before you start to work for this company . DO NOT WORK HERE PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO WORK FOR. I always had anxiety but my levels of anxiety got worst working in that place because I had to control my temper and that was challenging.

You are expected to become fast and efficient in due time when you're well into the line work after training. But that wasn't a problem. Some of the leads made it difficult to work efficiently, and additionally there are certain leads that I don't even understand how they got promoted to the position! Attitudes of bad children IMO. One of them I remember as Maria, made working so much worse. She brought her own personal life into her work and the rules state to NOT bring life influence to your work. If you have anxiety, you will stress so much on the job. As I remember when I was on the line with Maria, the whole time I was there, she was trying to get me fired, and I'm a decent worker if NOT distracted. Especially under someone with an attitude and no respect. You will stress constantly if under those sort of superiors. I know if I wasn't in that type of bad working environment I would have worked so much better. The male leads and a couple of the female leads were good to work with. All the temps I worked with were kind. But the 12 hr shift was killing me! Because I also had to juggle around with school. If you're capable of switching from 8 to 12 hr shifts I suppose you're fine. But some of the workers there are just bad. Enough sad

I called the San Diego office to inquire about a position. The person who picked up was clueless as to what the procedure was. I asked for HR and he said he did know their number and that everything was done online. I tried explaining that the reason I called was because I could not find an HR email online. This made him all anxious and pissy . If this company can't even entertain some one trying to get information then why exist? I tried being neutral despite the pathetic review of this company on Glassdoor, but I guess there is no smoke without fire. Thanks to this one guy I know one company I will never even try to apply. They should give him a raise for this.
