I recently hired this moving service, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The team arrived later than planned, which threw off the whole schedule. 📦 Additionally, some of my items were not handled as carefully as I would have liked, leading to a few small scratches on my furniture. I appreciate their effort, but I hoped for more professionalism and attention to detail. 🤔 Overall, I would like to see improvements in communication and care in the future.
