I Love to volunteer as a clay-arts teacher there for the last 5 years. The activities director Janet and her assistant are so caring, thoughtful, and provide marvelous multiple activities daily. There is even a 3 times a week, hour long exercise class lead by 90+ years young, precious Marge! It brings me joy to see seniors active and enjoying life as they do at Aldersgate.

My parents live in one of the privately owned houses on the campus. They love it. The place is quiet, nicely kept, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and go over and above expectations. Nice walking trails, good place to eat if you want, and great activities to keep them involved. Great place!

I am very up set. My boyfriend's mother was being moved with a sling into a wheelchair. She was dropped from the sling into that wheelchair. About a month before this she had a stroke and a blood clot removed from her brain. She told them it hurt her neck, back, and hip and that she was getting very dizzy. The staff told her no big deal you are always hurting. They did not contact a doctor until 2 days later. The doctor told them to get her to the hospital immediately. She is now in the ICU with blood on her brain. She is afraid to speak out because she thinks they will be mean to her.

The staff here was wonderful with my dying father. Especially Alex, Lia, Dillon, and Brian. Dad was on Mulvane and even tho the whole facility was under stress with transitioning to new owners, they managed to take good care of dad. I wasn't happy at the fact that for 4 days we had no TV service and nobody there to fix it.

They are having a out break and the State and County health officials say it s fine. Nothing to worry about they don t call it a cluster site. When it is. They want staff to keep coming in when they have been exposed and not quarantine. And my job told me to stay home but my parter has been exposed by workers and they say to come in. They aren t taking care of the residents and staff. They don t care about either just about their money $.

I am so glad this is where my Grandmama spent her final 1.5 years. The staff were attentive, caring, thoughtful and so kind. The facility is beautiful, clean, well maintained and meets a variety of needs as resident's needs change. Aldersgate will always have a special place in my heart!
