I was looking for a lightbulb for my ceiling fan. Had not been able to find it until I went to Alcon, the salesman was really knowledgeable and advised me they were obsolete. He patiently explained and demonstrated the newer led lamp which worked perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with him
Alcon Lighting may be one of the best lighting stores and e-businesses out there. If something isn t right or I have questions I always get to talk to the head person. And if they do not have the answer they have always put me in touch with someone who does. These people are awesome - intelligent and responsive... My last few orders have been for Bruck lighting but they carry all the high-end lines. I am picky and they are THE best.
What can I say! Ray, Ray Jr and the crew are amazing. They are reall nice, funny, and great at their profession. They arrived on time, were very affordable and did a perfect job. I wanted to think of more projects for them. Ray Jr. has a great sense of humor and keeps the puns and jokes rolling all day long! Hire them for your next job.
The fixture looks good and product seems to be adaquate however if you have an issue expect the run around with customer service. They don't seem to understand a LED lamp that is rated 90-130 volts will not work with 277 volts.

Alcon has a variety of products to choose from. Although my purchase did not work out, the company rep helped resolve the issue in a timely and helpful manner. I will gladly do business with Alcon again.
I ordered several fixtures well in advance for a very high profile international client. The intent was to have the fixtures installed in the main entrance before the grand opening. We were told by Stephanie they would ship on a certain date, but on that date they didn't ship and then told they will ship a week later. Again on the date we're told they will ship 10 days later. Its the day of the grand opening and the foyer order is still not complete. I recommended these fixtures to the Architect and the Owner and now live to regret it. Congratulations Alcon for your one time order! This review forces me to give them 1 star in order to post, but I think that is 1 star too much
Poor service - attendant was uninterested in helping me with absolutely zero business going on in the store otherwise. Lazy and disrespectful answers to questions.
Alcon Lighting is a great brand. Suggested by our architect, our contractor ordered their linear LED suspension lighting fixtures. They dim very well with our Lutron dimming systems. They barely have any glare and our staff really likes the way they esthetically appeal. We ordered them mostly in white and also a couple in a black finish for our conference room lighting. Their customer service / sales team was responsive to a few questions we had prior to the order. It took over 4 weeks to receive them, however they are definitely worth it specially the up and down effect. Highly recommended.
