Pick up here 5 days a week, love coming here! Loading dock staff are great! These negative reviews are probably from drivers that don't like to follow the safety guidelines! Being respectful and they'll show you respect in return!

6:30 to 730pm they have a freaking lunch and they don't care about you at all

If they know the guys they will squeeze the guys inside and act stupid like OH THEY GAVE UP A PAPERWORK IN FRONT OF YOU SO NOW YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND OF COURSE AFTER 2 GUYS ARE LOADED THEN YOU BACK IN AND GUESS WHAT LUNCH TIME 6:30 TO 7:30 AND NOBODY REALLY CARE THAT YOU HAVEN'T SEEN YOUR WIFE FOR OVER A MONTH AND JUST TRYING TO BE QUICK AND GO ....

Will never come back here again! Rejecting my driver because his english language skills are insufficient! He can check in anywhere in the US but here??! Racist company and racist employees! Avoid this place, its a shame places like this still exist in the US!!

Love my employer! The one star reviews are disgruntled truck drivers who do not listen to our gate security and do not work for Arconic.

Was prepared for the worst based on the reviews, but the entire experience was great. Guys on the radio were not rude in the least. Docked 3.5 hours before noon appt and out the door 90 min before appt. Fantastic. Will happily do again.

A total waste of time. I will not ever return and I wish all who goes there good luck.. Very ignorant guards who are very insulting of a 30 year driving career of which I have never had an accident in any plant or on the road...RIDICULOUS TO SAY THE LEAST
