This guy is a number 1 cheat/chor. We selected gang-saw granite slabs - 13 nos (all around 10'x6' size), measured them and paid for that. He asked me not to worry and the material will be delivered and took full payment.
When the material was delivered to the address, atleast 4 slabs were not those we selected. It had a big black patch - 2nd quality.
When contacted, he said whatever I had selected are what are delivered. He asked me to check the numbering. "Number written with a marker can easily be erased".
Also all slabs in a lot are NOT the same. They are assorted 2nd or 3rd quality material and only the front one is 1st quality. Everything inside is mixed up.
Be very careful. You should be present atleast till loading. Even the truck/mini-truck driver is tied up. He said that he cannot deliver material during the day as the police may detain the vehicle. This reason is just to buy time so that they can do all the jugglery before loading.
Also the name of the dealer is changed now. "Now the name is Alchemy Grani Marmo Pvt. Ltd."
Few months later, it will be a new name. Total Fraud.
