TO AVOID. The saleswoman was smiling, and the fast service, certainly. But the work was badly done. At the end of two weeks, the protective glass, placed by their care, cracked at the level of the main button. The screen they had replaced was moving more and more, the bottom screws had not been put back, until the day when removing the shell the screen broke down. And there, the commercial smile turned into complete denial, the saleswoman immediately explained to me how my son had broken himself his own phone, had dropped him, had removed himself the screws and tried to remove the protective glass, refusing to believe in my good faith. THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY? You want to laugh, it does not work if the screen is broken! (In this case it had broken down and no longer worked). Conclusion: I left disappointed having the feeling of being scammed 100 euros.

The man is extremely aggressive in the way he talks to you. I asked him where he gets his components, he became violently aggressive. He had to admit that his components came from China but that he had Apple components. I asked him how he was getting these Apple components and he refused to tell me. The reality is that it has a lot of cachet, that it is brutally defensive even on the offensive. I asked him if I could be present during the repair to watch on my device he refused in an aggressive way and with a very confrontational tone. I am afraid that there is a lot of activity in this shop, otherwise he would not have to hide the repairs, he would not be aggressive, hotel and would not seek to dominate and attack those who ask harmless questions.

- my iphone whose screen was broken into a thousand pieces is like new for 69 (vs 149 at Apple);
- my Samsung which did not turn on any more resuscitated all alone at my house after a night spent near the radiator, I did nothing but follow the advice of the repairer who did not seek to sell me his replacement at any cost.

They scammed me I paid 139 euros for the original Apple screen and they put the compatible screen which costs 109 euros at the base I had to come back to the store and yell to get the screen change ultimately free from very violent and unpleasant seller and impossible to communicate with him in French. I want to notify people that there is a risk of using this kind of service. I'm afraid that data on my phone was leaked from this place. I heard that some stores like this would steal your security information when they repair your phone. I was very afraid coz I gave my security code and the guy was able to check any of my accounts information, contacts, etc.

I visited the place to repair my phone as the display was broken. To be fair, the people at the shop were very friendly. When I visited there, they told me that they could repair my phone, but they needed to buy some parts so they told me to come tomorrow again, and I paid 20 euro as a deposit (They needed because they would buy the parts).

On the next day, I visited again and the guy took my phone and told me that he would repair it in two hours. He asked me to give him my security code so that he could check the phone works, so I gave it to him. Two hours later, I came back to the store, but the guy gave me back the phone without repairing, saying that he didn't have enough parts to repair. It was so weird to me coz they told me that they would buy the parts yesterday, and he said that he would repair two hours ago. I didn't get why I gave my security code to them which enabled him to check anything in my phone.

I want to believe this is not the case for me, but I can't deny the possibility that they took my information. There was nothing I could do at that moment, so I immediately changed all of my security passwords, but there was unknown login on my Instagram from California, and I got unknown calls from Congo and Mali several times.

So in short, it is your own risk to ask them to repair your phone. Be careful about your security information, especially when they ask you to give them your security code. Lastly, they told me that they would let me know when they get the part, but they never called me. Thank you.
