First time customer/visit and was overjoyed. Brought in an older dirt bike with a small carburetor issue. The service man was knowledgeable and attentive. Within an hour of dropping the bike off I got a call that a small beveled o-ring was installed upside down and a F/A screw was in too tight. Small mistakes that were professionally caught and adjusted. Now the old bike starts in less than 3 kicks every time in 40 degree weather. The price was not cheap but by no means expensive. You get what you pay for and these folks handle themselves very professionally. So glad I brought her here than to a hole in the wall shop.

There's a reason Bobby J's has been around so long. I've been going to them for service and parts since 2007. They are always honest and their service department is awesome! Chad has to be one of the best mechanics I've ever met. I mostly deal with the service guys and parts counter but have never been disappointed. We will continue to go to Bobby J's as long as we're in to motorsports.

Stopped in there to see if they had the tire for my scooter in stock and they didn't. I'm also a motorcycle rider so I was asking about the new bolts that they had on the display floor. The sales person that I spoke with was very Frank and provided me with the information that I was asking for but didn't seem very open to trying to sell me a motorcycle. I felt a little dismissed like I wasn't there to buy anything and I felt like that because I rode in on a scooter. I was actually looking at the bolt and considering buying one but the unenthusiastic service I got from the sales person that I spoke with didn't really encouraged me to pursue any kind of real purchasing questions.

Chad designed his own solution to the height problem I had with my 701. He lowered my bike 2 and appropriately shortened the side stand. This is a big deal. On my 501 I have a much stronger than stock Enduro Engineering side stand that I paid a lot of money for but is a bit too long which causes the bike to tip over easily. By comparison my lowered 701 is rock solid. Chad definitely deserves 5 stars for the lowering design and the side stand.

My wife and I researched for almost a year on buying a new UTV. We finally found Bobby J's Yamaha and really liked their fair prices and no mark ups. When we talked to the salesman Nico Montoya, we decided to buy from them. Nico was very helpful, knowledgeable, and did not push us into any decisions. We bought the Viking VI and had an excellent experience at Bobby J's and would recommend them and Nico to everyone looking to buy.

Bobby J's is a great place to go for reapirs and purcahses i just recently bought a new quad from them and my experience was great Nico and Bryan were very friendly i'll definitely be going back in the future.

"I was looking for a 1 or 2 cylinder bike to replace my KZ1000 shaft as the tug for my sidecar rig. I went to look at the Triumph Thunderbird and Nico Montoya walked over to see if he could be of help. We chatted a while but I couldn't buy a bike with too many miles for too many dollars. The price would have been better for a low mileage model or a considerably lower price for that price for that amount of miles. These guys are all really knowledgable, They aren't trying to make anyone feel dumb for not knowing stuff. Everytime I roll in there with a bunch of questions someone is there to help me and explain everything. They didn't try and push any merchandise on me that I didn't truly need. Even gave me cell numbers so i could call and ask em questions if I needed. To me it seamed like they are truly proud of their biz and committed to taken care of people the way they should be. Ill be going back very soon I'm sure.

Traveling cross country making a YouTube video, I ended up needing new sprockets and a chain. After screaming and fighting with my bike for around 400 miles in hopes that I would make it there, Bobby J's was able to get me back on the road in less than an hour. They were also very understanding of my stressed mood from trying to get to them in the condition my sprockets were in. I said it then and I'll say it again.....

I was in town for an event and needed a bolt for my FJR. I called Bobby J's and talked to Fred. He said come on over and even if he didn't have it, he'd find something that would work or pull a part off his own FJR to keep me moving!

I purchased a Yamaha Viking from Bobby J's in January. Keith and the staff there are experts when it comes to the vehicles and accessories, and they patiently answered all of my dumb questions. Bobby J's has us ready for our family outdoor activities this year, and we are excited to get outside. We have fun every time we drive the side-by-side. I have had nothing but great dealings with the parts department and it employees. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I always get the right part the first time. Most of the time the parts are in stock and it saves my weekend ride.

I'd recommend all departments (Service, sales, and parts) to anyone interested, or involved with Motorcycles, ATV, or probably any other OHV toy.

I have purchased a few things from there sales floor (three dirt bikes and an ATV from them, new and used), and the parts department. I have also used the service department from things as simple as getting a tire, and tube, replaced on a rim that was off the bike, to oil changes, and valve inspections. I have even had my suspension set up for me on my dirt bike (fork rebuild and fork springs, and rear shock rebuild and spring), and a top end rebuild.
