I visited in early May, absolutely gorgeous. Fairly busy, I arrive about an hour and half before they closed and saw nearly the whole park. It was breathtaking and would highly suggest this to any and everyone. I purchased a combo tickets that included a bus ride from Amsterdam (to and from) and the entry ticket.

Great

only month per year.. you know what you have to do.. so in my opinion, buy ticket online cheaper than front office 1 euro each.. and please use amsterdam & regional day ticket or tourist day ticket from rotterdam.. much cheaper than individual transportation ticket..

Keukenhof was a beautiful place, tranquil because of all the green and colourful flowers around but also lively because of all the people bustling about. I instruct anyone, flower lover or not, to visit it and witness nature at its best! I give it 4/5 stars only because the place is open from March to May, we visited in the 10th of April and there were still a lot of flowers that hadn t bloomed.

Came here because My mom and I needed to see the flowers for ourselves. it was absolutely breath taking, we were in Amsterdam for a total of 24 hours. we flew out from Boston, a six hour flight down and 6 hours back and it was amazing and completely worth it, I can't wait to go back for longer! explore everything more.

The flowers were gorgeous... but this place is beyond packed with visitors. They should set limitations on how many people can walk around at once. It felt like an amusement park for a garden.. not very peaceful at all.

A cheap way to experience some beautiful flowers up close. God setup and easy walking paths. Arrive early! It starts getting crowded around 1100 and is packed by noon. Show early and leave by 1pm.

If you re into seeing tulips while you re in Holland, this is the place. The most well-known and touristy tulip adventure near Amsterdam, Keukenhof is essentially a large, very well maintained garden with shops, exhibit buildings, restaurants, and plenty of flowers.

It s not hard to find a way to get to Keukenhof from Amsterdam. In fact, there s a shuttle that goes right from the airport. Other tours offer buses as well. If you have a transportation pass for the city (which I d highly recommend), you can get to the airport on that. Book and print your ticket to the park in advance and use that to hop the bus.

Once there, you can spend hours roaming the paths through the gardens. Every inch is impeccably maintained and most areas center around a theme like flowers at the beach or Japanese gardens. I m not a huge fan of tulips, but the beauty of the park is enough to make anyone pause and marvel. For the kids there s even a petting zoo and park area.

If you re going, get there when the park opens. This place gets very crowded very quick. If you want to enjoy the scenery with some bit of serenity, you need to be there before the thousands of others. I d recommend doing a quick first lap around the park to take it all in and get great pictures. Take a break and grab a bite (the poffertjes by the petting zoo are a perfect snack). Then go back and see your favorite parts again knowing you ll probably be fighting a crowd. I was done by early afternoon and that s with taking my time and relaxing on a park bench for a bit.

If you want to take some tulips home, there are several places in the park to buy bulbs. You can order (make sure to check the rules for your country) and they ll send in September. I would definitely recommend a trip to Keukenhof if you like pretty views and plants. For optimal scenery, plan for April when the gardens AND the neighboring tulip fields are in bloom (they re usually already harvested by mid-May).

You should go there only if you love flowers, especially tulips. There isnt much to do, just go there and stare at the tulips. We booked a tour 55 euros, and i can safely say it wasnt worth it. Such a big hype for a bunch of flowers

Easily the best spring gardens in the world! Thank God the weather was on our side on 12.05.2018 which happens to be just 1 day before the garden closes for the 2018 season! I'd let my One Plus 3T phone pictures do the talking this time

This is worth visiting. It gets crowded though in the weekends but still enough space to take multitude of photos, spend time knowing about Tulips and not to miss the Tulipomania in late 17th century. Please plan to visit this in mid of April.

By far the best garden that I have ever seen! It is astonishing; it s so beautiful that it looks almost unreal... Why not 5 stars, then? THERE ARE SOOOO MANY PEOPLE that it s a bit annoying.

OMG this place is stunning and opens only 2 months of the year, and we were very lucky to visit on the last day of the season, there is beauty everywhere and the arrangement of the different types and colours of tulips were simply outstanding. Must visit on your trip to the Netherlands.

Tulip farmers from all around the Netherlands exhibit their creations here during the season. Its a treat for the eyes!! Great spot for relaxing. Can be a bit difficult to explore this place on a rainy day, which I personally faced. Beware the photographers! They can get into a frenzy in such locations. Every view is wallpaper worthy

Beautiful presentation. The amount of work that must go in to building such an impressive display is staggering. The theme and layout is redone every year to create a new experience for visitors. A must see staple of the Netherlands if you're visiting in April/May.

What a stunning display of flowers and plants in an extremely well manicured garden. It is worth the journey to this garden. The public transport is well organised to cope with the number of crowds visiting.
For those who want to see more of the flower fields, do rent a bike. The trails are clearly marked and riding is not difficult as the trail is mostly flat.

Amazing! Was there the last day and still had a great time. Unfortunately, perhaps up to 70% of the tulips were gone, but they made great effort to keep the "expositions" attractive enough. Definitely worth a visit. However, half priced tickets would have been great for last day visitors.

A must visit in my opinion. The flowers and their colors are simply incredible, walking in the park feels like being in another world and it's very relaxing. I would avoid going during the weekends, can be very crowded. Food and drinks are expensive inside, but you can bring things from home!

A lovely display of tulips. Lots and lots of color and fairly easy to traverse in 2-3 hours. Don't miss the organ that uses punch cards to play tunes. Great idea in the Spring when they're in bloom.

One of the most beautiful and bigest garden, milions of flowers! Very nice place, with place for eating or driking something, the price its good. What i didn't like it's the parking, after we see it the garden it takes 1-2 hours to leave the garden from the parking place to outside, because its a main road close to the garden and a round. So a tip: "Don't leave the garden at the hours i leave it 16-17:00" or will take a long, long time

The whole family enjoyed it at Keukenhof. We must of spent at least 6 hours there just looking at all of the different types of flowers. I couldn't believe how many different people were there. I would definitely like to go there again.

Fantastic garden! definitely worth the visit for anyone who can, even though its quite season dependent. Plenty of tour buses in the city center that can bring you there and back. Great for families

It's nice place to visit, they have lots of variety of tulips and other flowers..

But, if you only want to see the tulip farm field, it's not part of this garden. That is simply outside, around the garden and open for public (well, not really, but if don't do any harm to them, you will be okay)..

Yes it's crowded and yes it's worth it. Come as early in the day and the week as you can to try to beat the rush. But even in high crowds the place is beyond stunning. #bucketlist worthy.
