Alberto does not return phone calls or emails!! Emailing or calling, you will have to call him for 2-4 days before a he answers. He will charge you without your approval on plans and do as he pleases. Be careful on any changes you make because they will come back to bite your pocket. He quoted us a price of $33,000.00, we made changes, and the bill was total came to $45,000.00 with no authorization. I was furious, and told him he should have told me this was going to be a significant price increase. He should let us know before performing the work. Bottom line, I spent a lot of money and would not recommend him!!!
