Wow. Has this hospital changed for the worse. Emergency site needed an emergency. Waited from 10am until 9:30 pm for a bed.

The good thing was all x-rays were done in a timely manner. Doctor was there, but no stretcher.

Spent all that time by myself on a stretcher. Husband was not able to accompany me. Even worse, not able to have anything to eat.

Once upstairs staff was helpful and accommodating. Not the best experience.

Great hospital to go to if you're not feeling well. The staff r great and so are the doctors. They are patient polite and very respectful. I wouldn't choose no other hospital to go to. I had a severe asthma attack and panic attack at the same time. And they did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and to help me get through it.

Yesterday I visited a dr by the name of Michael Swerdlow, he is a specialist on Multiple Sclerosis. He is Amazing! In that he makes you feel So comfortable that even if your like me, Very picky, and hard to trust people, you'll feel trusting of him by the time its all over! For an hour I felt like I mattered, Respectful Kind and Honest, I would Definitely send friends and family to him! Thank You Dr!!

The doctors are top knotch. The food is horrible, the bathrooms are dirty but the E.R. doctors, radiology, nurses etc. They are there for the right reasons and behave accordingly. I received kindness right along with great medical care. I'm happy to be alive that is due in large part to the Staff. Thank you so much !

Eight days in the hospital (including 24 hours in the emergency room). The only two complaints that I have is, while being upstairs, I had to wait a longer time than I thought to have procedures and tests done; and the majority of the nurses are not available when you ring for them.
Other than that, the doctors were great when explaining the situation, and the frustration they share with me about procedures and tests not being done quickly enough.
One other thing, the hospital administration should invest in new equipment for heart patients.
