I guess they're okay. Just seems like more of the less than satisfactory American medical system. The American medical system is just like you go in the store and out that door and maybe we'll tell you what's wrong with you.
Albany ENT is a great medical facility. I was suffering from respiratory issues for almost 10 years now and always on antibiotic but my Doctor Lawrence Kaufman diagnosed me on my request and eventually i found out that i don't have sinus or migraine, i had symptoms but i have not any major problems instead i was allergic to pollutants in air and certain dirt insects etc. They started my weekly medication and i have not used any medication since then, ny tylenol or any antibiotic. Its a life saver for me. I am feeling better by every passing day.
Upon the advice of their PCP, brought a family member to the urgent care facility here. What a well run operation! Wait time was only a few minutes, staff (front desk, nurse, PA) were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even the checkout process was extremely smooth. Follow up appointment was scheduled for a week out, where we again had a similar experience. Would highly recommend!
Albany ENT is great. Everyone is nice and welcoming. The doctors are very informative and knowledgeable. I went to them because I had a terrible infection from a surgery I didn t need, from another doctor. They cleared the infection and did what should have been done years ago. I used to get chronic sinus infections and they did allergy testing and now I am on allergy shots. I haven t had a sinus infection since. I highly recommend them.
Never have had trouble getting an appointment in a reasonable time. My experience with a PA is always positive. Office is well staffed. Wait time does vary with each visit but this is never a problem for me. The time spent with me is never rushed, staff is very knowledgeable, thorough, flexible and helpful, especially as I am not a textbook case. Referrals are made when appropriate. Dr. Gavin is amazing! My son has had trouble with nasal congestion and tonsils. I had a feeling my son was allergic to soy despite skin testing showing otherwise. Rather than pull his tonsils or put my son through another round of skin testing he suggested we do an elimination diet first. 7 days in and my son is showing improvement. He is kind, patient, thorough and takes his time with you. He educated us beyond what was needed for our appointment. We love Dr. Gavin!
The audiologist that I ve seen here, Tricia Doyle, has been so helpful and informative about my hearing issues and the process of choosing and using a hearing aid system. Checking in and out for appointments usually involves little to no wait, and the patient waiting area is large and arranged to ensure social distancing. Every staff member that I ve encountered has been patient, polite, and cheerful. I would recommend this practice without reservation.
Prompt and professional and caring. Wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt like I was in good hands. Was seen right away and the provider really listened to my concerns. Was not rushed at all.

Me and my family have seen this practice for years and they are so incredibly kind, and great at what they do! I just got a CAT scan and the staff helping me are insanely nice and funny! They helped me feel comfortable with the machines they were using and it's just been another great experience. Can't recommend them enough :)
