Last spring I did the "Team Coaching" training at the Alba academy. I enjoyed this intensive three-day training. Full of expectations every time the journey started and went back bubbling with energy. The training institute offers quality, creativity, insight and a hands-on approach. A correct balance between theory and practice in which one distinguishes itself in the creative approach of the lessons. This tastes like more!
I have just started the Coach Practitioner training; in 1 word WOW! what a nice way of training: personal, accessible, very practical and a lot of knowledge and expertise that is transferred by the teachers. A nice group where you feel safe enough to expose your own self and learn a lot. For me the perfect environment and way to develop myself.
Three years ago I followed the then still new training Creative teaching methods in coaching at the Alba academy. That was a pleasant introduction to the Alba academy!
When looking for a training, the tone and appearance of the website immediately gave me a feeling of confidence, accessibility and professionalism. This feeling is confirmed during the training.
Warmth, safety, depth and the connecting factor that is humor, made this training a great experience.

Thoughtful and well-structured training with clear learning objectives and a good balance between practice and theory. The training days flew by. Trainer Lieke was great. She filmed flawlessly where the strength and vulnerability of each participant was and was able to interpret this forcefully. One of her tips was so effective that I still think about it and benefit from it almost daily. Further training is therefore high on the wish list.
Fantastic inspiring learning and inspiration environment. The combination of recommending good literature and safe learning and trying situations means that I can rightfully call myself a good, professional coach after obtaining my coaching diplomas.
As a first-year student, year 2004-2005, I have experienced that Alba Academy has given me wings for both my personal and professional development from the first moment. They have fueled my hunger for knowledge and that has not let me go. It is a shame that she still continues to do so for countless people! And these people, in turn, do that again for others when they practice their profession as a coach.
The Positive Psychology training is highly recommended! As a coach I have received many practical tools and new insights, which I still use every day in my own coaching practice. The exercises and assignments that we did during the 2-day training also contributed to my new insights. By going through them yourself, you can use it better with your own clients. I will definitely recommend the training and trainer to my coach colleagues!
The Alba academy has highly skilled and committed coaches who can rely on a lot of experience and knowledge. They stand with both feet in society, know what is going on and realize what is needed in the coaching field to train coaches, but also to allow managers and employees to further develop themselves from their own strengths.

Great training to become a Coach practicioner at Alba. I had lessons in a very practice-oriented way, which also gave me a lot of insight into my own thinking and behavior. The quality of this training is at a high level and is also NOBCO accredited. A must for anyone who wants to become a certified coach!
In 2017 I was able to follow the 1-year training to become a coach practitioner. What a special experience. The clear and structured theory is beautifully put into practice during lessons, which you as a coach / student can immediately start with. The diversity of the groups also means that you learn a lot from your classmates. The Alba academy and the teachers have succeeded in creating an environment where people can grow and work on themselves.
They also offer a wide range of extra training courses that I will certainly use in the future.
