Always a fun place to visit! Whenever we have friends and family come up to visit we make sure to bring them here there's an option to buy your tickets ahead of time and choose a time which was quick and easy and super convenient, made the line go by fast when going in. Always love the educational staff and info and how it all connects back to Alaska and how they are helping the wildlife. Great place for people of all ages.

Interesting & informative. Fascinating that some anemones & urchins can live in such cold waters around south central Alaska & Aleutian islands. Easy to walk through... Follow the arrows. One guide told us that they recycle their saltwater back into the ocean.

This place is awesome. If you aren't a bird lover the puffins and eider duck will try and change your mind. The puffins move through the water incredibly fast and the tank allows you to watch them diving and swimming. Not an average aquarium, the only thing we wished we could have seen here was a sea otter.

Fun and exciting. Loved all the creatures. A but pricey and a bit small. You can easily make it thru in 45-60 minutes.
Enjoyed the seals and the open water areas where you could touch starfish, sea anemones, sea cucumber, prawns and more

Great place to visit and my kids loved it! They have a good collection and the exhibits were nicely displayed with good information on electronic displays. We saw many new organisms that we didn t know about. I liked the way the birds are kept. You can actually go in and interact with them. The seals and sea lions are cool to watch. The sea lions actually play with the visitors and if you run from one side to the other, the sea lion follows you! A hit with the kids and even adults too. Definitely visit this if you are in Seward, AK.

We absolutely love coming here, it's not huge, but my son loves it and the animals are adorable and look very well taken care of. They offer a resident & military discount, kids 2 and under are free!
2 levels of animals including a touch tank, and an outdoor viewing deck of Resurrection Bay and some birds. They have an elevator for easy access with wheelchairs & strollers.
We also really like their souvenir shop, lots of good choices, especially for kids and they have some neat Native Alaska pieces as well!

This is a great place to stop for 1-2 hours. However the place is much smaller than it looks and the tickets are ridiculously overpriced for the enjoyment you are getting from this. Other places I have visited in Alaska like zoos charge around 60 dollars for 2 adults and 2 children however this place charges 100 and you can reasonably spend more time at the zoo than here as there are just more exhibits.

We ALWAYS come here when we are in Anchorage! This is an amazing time for kids, adults, friends, families, everything. It is interactive and a fun learning experience. The staff is so nice and courteous as well as knowledgeable about the animals in their care. We can't wait to go back and visit. Another plus is the observation deck of the bay. The view is absolutely amazing!

Large spectacular facility. Filled with a lot of the unique sea life that surrounds Alaskas shoreline. From the giant sea lions, adorable seals, lots of variety of fish, the large Octopus there is never a dull moment while exploring. Also the touch tank with star fish and other sealife is exciting. Includes fantastic views of Seward from the upper deck and a nifty gift store in the lobby. This whole place is a vibe. Loved my visit.
