The sales rep over the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable, guided us in finding the necessary equipments required. Then for installation the process was very smooth and quick, technician was very friendly and patient while explaining how to use the system . I was able to get everything I needed from local company and I am happy to shop local.

I don't know why my wife's name shows up, probably another way fluent provides terrible customer service. When I dealt with the previous company all issues could be solved. Fluent does not have that quality. I have been trying to cancel 3 contracts for a year now and fluent won't even acknowledge the fact that I sent them a cancellation notice. Every time I talk to them they call it an agreement to go ahead with the service. They keep taking my money and threaten, yes threaten to send collections after me if I stop paying. I have never responded saying I would continue and I did not electronically sign any documents to proceed with service. Thank you Alarmtek for your help, much appreciated. BBB is my next stop. Answered my questions throughout the installation process and verified everything was working before leaving. It is my first contract and less than a week, so far so good.
They have a very good sales person, she knows everything up front. She will tell you how good their products are. Customer service was a bit of a concern at one point, but they reached out and solve the problem immediately. over all we are happy with them.
