Poor service, not very polite staff. They charged us unreasonably high amount for a poor quality food and when I checked my bank account I saw that they overcharged me.My fault as i should not have trusted the figure they put in the card reader and I must have double checked it.

Awful awful place. Maybe they are racist. I have no idea! So got sat down. No menus until I asked a passing waiter for a menu. So ordered a few items. Only thing that was good was the falafel. Order a cheese thing and that was undercooked. Other thing I ordered was a chicken shawarma wrap. I couldn t even eat it cause the chicken was pink. And It was so greasy. It dripped thru the wrapping onto me. Gross. After two bites I just left it. Then i asked the waiter for napkins. He looked at me, and then at my lap where all the oil was... and was like what? So I asked for napkins again and he gave me two. He was arrogant and had a bad attitude. It was some young kind with slicked back hair. Awful service. Food was greasy and bad, service was bad and will never ever go there again!

Worst experience. Went with family and guests. Mid way through ordering the waiter/manager told us each one of us including the kids have to order a platter or we cannot eat there. Behaved rudely and in a highly unprofessional manner. Highly not recommended.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER! HORRIBLE COUSTOMER SERVICE AND SMELLY FOOD! SHAME ON THEM! Go to this restaurant if you want to ruin your evening! We drove 1.5 hours to get to this restaurant as it was mentioned by some one, that s where the nightmare began! We walked in and were offered a table at the front by the waiter but as we were about to be seated the manager came rushing and said no put these people in the back of the restaurant, I questioned him as we were looking forward to sit at the front by the window and he said all these tables are booked, which I could tell was a complete BS! I took his word and made my way to the back. We got our food and realised that the rice were very smelly and apart from chicken was nothing was cooked properly and seemed have lived in their fridge for years! Anyway we tried to enjoy our evening as we drove along way to get there and that s when I realise the tables which we were refused were being given to selected coustomers by the manager as I was quite upset about it I walked up to the manager and mention my concern the manager said all the seats are reserved and the customers will come later on, at that point I mentioned that I saw him giving it to other people and he sat other people down on those seats after refusing them to us... He didn t like the fact that he got caught on his lies and started getting very aggressive and started raising his voice, I asked him his name and that didn t go very well with him, he started raising his voice saying don t tell me how to do my job and loads of other stuff which went over my head, I said I can t believe that he is the manager of the restaurant and that really upset him, all of a sudden I got surrounded by the waiters who slowly and cleverly started pushing me and my family out of the restaurant saying thank you and go when I was very calmly taking to the aggressive manager..... My kids were traumatised.... so we paid stupid amount of money for the doggy food to be insulted! Avoid if you can at all cost!

If being ignored by staff who are rude and unhelpful, who throw food and act as if they re doing you a favour by even looking at you in a over-priced below average food venue is your kind of place then definitely go here. Don t worry if it s busy with customers (who are just waiting for staff to even make eye contact) then there s the exact same restaurant across the road.

I went for iftar with my family. I told the waiter I wanted the food for iftar time, just because I didn't order starters my food came 15 minutes after breaking fast. Time for iftar was 21:23 food arrived 21:40. After complaining to one of the waiting staff he told me I didn't order starters and I had ordered grilled food which will take between 20-25 minutes, bear this in mind I placed my order at 20:35. Food was not to standard I was expecting especially when the menu is not cheap. They Did not ask if I wanted tea or coffee, the bill was presented straight away. Awful service. I shall not return neither do I recommend.

Very rude staff with bad manners and behaviour. Average food for take away only that's how you won't interact with rude staff. I have stopped even taking away from them. there are many options on edgware road, try something else not them. Staff doesn't listen to you, it seems as if we are beggars and they are feeding as charity.

Don't go here. The service is terrible, I think they forgot they had customers to serve (was not busy). The food was bland as if salt prices had gone up in lockdown. The food was low quality and small portions. They treated us with no hospitality. Save your money, just go opposite the road to Helens Cafe (best Sharwarma ever) and eat in Hyde Park or Shishawi.

Lovely Lebanese place, filled with locals, big portions and very reasonable prices and good drinks options. Place is quite busy and they want you to enjoy your long meal so might take a while. If you are a brewed tea lover then I would recommend try the mint tea and order glasses :)

Al-Arez has great food. My friend and I come here almost every week and the food never disappoints. The value for money is unbeatable and the service generally good. This is not a place to take a date as the decor is more like a canteen, but you don't go for the atmosphere, you go for the food.

Al Arez accommodates friendly staff and the food is very reasonably priced. I ordered the mixed shwarma but it was overly greasy, more so than I ve experienced before. However, the other dishes looked good. The kebabs are well made.

Fabulous place! Great service, great food and then you also have an opportunity to sit outside and relax whilst smoking a sheesha. Always busy - but they still find the time to treat you well - highly recommended.

The olives were great. The hummus and the garlic sauce were not good in taste and the bread was unfortunately dry and did not taste very fresh. The staff was nice at first, the second drink took forever, the shisha came only an eternity later and the tobacco was not good. After a short time you only had coal flavor in the mouth. I had to pick up the bill myself although I have ordered several times. I will not go here anymore.

Shockingly poor customer service. We ate here on the 3rd of July 2019, the moment we walked in the waitress who was setting the table was ill mannered, the waiter who took our order wasnt much different and the cashier who took our money was worse! Just the attitude, body language, how we was spoken to, etc ruined our evening meal. The food was up to standard, nothing great. Three of us was given the incorrect order, they missed our drinks and didnt bid us farewell. We will never eat at this place again! Avoid at all costs.

Great food, always busy and great size portions at a reasonable price. Being busy always is the sign of a good resteraunt, hence the prices and quality of food remains very affordable and top quality. Range of dishes for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

A nice restaurant with a great variety of vegetarian dishes. I went with a couple of friends, I enjoyed the food. The only gripe was the waiter had to be reminded to bring my drink albeit the others received theirs. The toilets could do with a clean.
