My first visit to have my mighty BMW K75S serviced, and all went well. I was able to call and make an appointment within a week. A part had to be ordered, but they found it and had it installed in just a few days. The prices were very reasonable for Bring My Wallet, and the workmanship appears to be excellent. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and there was no upsell for additional services or products. The showroom was beautiful, but I think I'll stick to my classic for now. Thanks !
the entire experience with service at alamo bmw is a refreshing change over austin bmw motorcycles and worth the 85 mile drive thru the hill country from s austin.
The manager is super nice and patient he explains everything with a great attitude ... Clean place nd alot of bikes to chose from !!

Went in today to hopefully buy a tank bag for a R1200GS. I asked the bald gentleman behind the counter (Right after he blurted out the F-word out loud at something on his screen) if he has the tank bag. His response was We don t stock tank bags. There are too many of them. We have to order them . WTH?! How do you not stock a tank bag that fits BMW s most popular model?! How do you expect to sell accessories to a customer that might have just bought a new bike from you? If you are to have any BMW accessory in a place the sells BMW motorcycles, you better stock a tank bag that fits a GS! That s disappointing. I guess I ll drive to Austin or Houston to buy my GS accessories.

This dealership went above and beyond! Hal was polite, courteous and professional when it came to selling me the new 1600B. These folks treat you like family! I am totally pleased with my purchase, the price and everything about my transaction with Alamo BMW. I could not have asked for a better experience!
