i joined in this company 4 year back after completing major projects and challenging task they thrown me like curry leaves .here no value for the quality and talent only influence is here worked day night and suffer lots of pain but.. at last you didn't do any thing its hearty painful reward you will get

Hr.dept very dirty dept.in this company. they segregated the staff who is working in head office and staff working in Site. they giving holidays to only head office not to site staff.now they going to stop the alternate Saturday off for site staff but head office staff no plan to stop.here you can see the painful partiality
if you have hold or reference in Head Off.you will get every thing on time like any NOC, Salary increment, better project, leave, annual leave before due time.
the company policies and strategies only for the helpless staff , but not to referred one .
