Great burgers, good atmosphere overall. Will definitely be back!

Been here several times and never had any issues with the food which is cooked to order fast and at fair price. Menu has lots of options and even has a selection of low carb offering. Wait staff is always friendly and there's tons of nostalgia adorning the walls. For some reason never made it to Al's for breakfast but would probably bump up to 5 stars after doing so.

With Jim's Hamburgers having closed 10 years ago, this leaves Al's Hamburgers as far and away the best burger place in Arlington. Forget the mediocre Whataburger, for this place is oodles better. And not just the burgers are great, but the fries and onion rings and other goodies. Highly recommended!

Always the best at everything. Best food best staff best atmosphere. I've been going here since I was a kid and I have never had a bad experience.Love, love , LOVE this place!

This place is pretty great. It's like that hometown burger joint that you haven't had since you moved out. Fantastic value too. Also, it's a pokestop, so bonus points. If you get a burger, go double though!

We went a few mins before closing we asked nicely if they mind us dining in the team was nice I am sure they had rough day and wanted to go home but great service and great food.

Great place, poeple and history. New location on Fielder road. Back again for a classic double double

It has been 10 years since I have been here because moved to Florida. As soon as I get back to DFW area this was a must. Has not changed at all a d still has the best DBL cheeseburger and tater tots. Check this place out.

Where to start? Al's Burgers is soooo good. My wife and I absolutely love it. In fact, we love everything we've tried so far, which is a considerable variety. I cannot recommend this place enough. The wait staff is super awesome. They're fast, friendly, and an all around joy. If you're going for the first time, be sure to check out their hours. There's a breakfast/bakery part, and then a lunch dinner part, as I understand it. We've never made it in before noon, but I can only imagine that their baked goods are fantastic!

So happy that Al's moved closer to our house. The new location is amazing with a patio area second to none. The food, as always is on point. Breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is super friendly and always makes us feel at home. I highly recommend Al's for an incredible dining experience.

The cook wasn't very sanitary. Be careful eating there might get sick

Fantastic food! Great staff! Pricing is very affordable! When in Arlington this place has always been a personal recommendation of mine to family and friends. I started going there as a kid and now I'm taking my kids. Great family atmosphere.

Great burgers and fries! This place is an institution dating back to the mid 60's. The place fills up fast at lunch time, so go early.

Good Burger joint with some Texas themed items. Friendly staff, great sweet tea and a very good patty melt. Basics are all well done. Although the lemon meringue was gorgeous, it was a little bland.

The food was absolutely terrible and the place was dirty. The fry oil smelled like it had been in use since the place started and overall the experience was one of the worst dining options in the area.

Not a very clean place! Food less than desirable. Fries were bland, greasy, and soggy.. Basically under cooked in oil not hot enough... Bacon yuck!! Little black peices of greasy burnt fat! Not at all like the reviews state.. Dont waste your money..

I've heard alot about this place. So, I decided to come check it out. The food isn't anything outstanding, but I wouldn't mind eating here again. I guess it has historical significance.

We thought you closed and were really upset! I m so glad to see the new location. Al s has been around for a long time and has some of the best burgers around. We ll be visiting again real soon!

This was my dad's favorite burger place. They make great burgers and salads. My last visit was after my dad's memorial service; all of us (kids and grandkids)ate there in his memory.

Strip mall burger place, nothing over the top or special about it. Burgers are a bit pricey for what you get

Pretty good place for breakfast. I didn't care for their burgers at lunch, so I doubt I would go back for lunch. Their breakfast, however, really hits the spot. I love greasy spoon type of food for breakfast, and this delivers! I had the sausage and onion omelet - and it had a ton of sausage and just the right amount of onions. But really the best thing was their gravy. I got it on the side so I could add it to my hashbrowns and it was DELISH. I would definitely recommend going for breakfast, I don't think you will be disappointed!

I used to come here for breakfast all the time 2 years ago, it was alwayd super delicious , I finally was able to make my way back over here. I am sadly dissapointed, the cooks have changed,the bacon had some type of burnt
chemical smell, the eggs were edible but greasy, they used to be good enuf to eat cold . My hashbrowns were the same as always. The people are always nice but i guess good cooks are hard to come by.

No season. Horrible breakfast and it was cold. Hopefully the lunch taste better.

Always really good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very reasonable prices, good service. Somewhat of a dive feel that could maybe use a little freshening up. Burgers are old fashioned with mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Lots of melted cheese too.

Best real fresh meaty burger I've found in my 6 years in the area. Great prices and I can take my whole work crew there without any complaints. Takes you back to the old school of a diner with straight from the butcher burgers. The mushroom swiss burger rocks.

Excellent spot to eat something when in a hurry. Their service is quick, prices are reasonable, good ambience. I highly recommend this spot.

Had very VERY good cheeseburger with jalepeno apple bacon fries ( you can and I did ask for them to be crispy... Delishious). Iced tea all for 10 bucks. Very nice waitress, nothing but praise for the place.

Great burgers, good service, very reasonable prices. I had the patty melt with onion rings, my girlfriend had a cheeseburger and fries. We were both very happy with our food, it was delicious! The beer battered onion rings in particular were scrumptious! All for less than 20 bucks. If you're looking for a good, no frills burger this is a great choice!

It knocks waffle house , IHOP, and denny's out of the park (My opinion)

Hole in the wall place that's worth the stop. This is a real mom and pop type place. The waitress was amazing and so sweet. Everything we ordered at the table was great. The double double hit the spot for an old school burger. Would be a great place to hit right before any Texas Rangers game.

Well it looks nice, the server I heard wished her table a blessed day and seemed friendly....but after standing in the doorway for several minutes next to the sign saying please wait to be seated I got kinda confused. Several people had seen me and no one motioned or indicated I was in the wrong spot. A customer told me on his way past me leaving that they'll just tell you to sit anywhere. Well it would have been nice if an employee had told me that first. If you're staff can't take the time to welcome a guest and acknowledge them then why should I except any better service at the table if I can't get any at the door. You've been around since 1957.....well I guess letting the occasional guest slip by unnoticed won't hurt anything. And no you guys were not slammed either, you had four tables and a online order. Yes I was there long enough to notice the details.

Probably my favorite place to eat breakfast in Arlington. Fantastic blueberry pancakes.

This place is just like I remember. Decent burger, soft (but still good and not crazy salty) fries. Same waitress that's been working there since the dawn of time. She needs a break, I don't want to rate this place based on her service but when we went in after it finally opened I couldn't believe my eyes - she's still there - I haven't been to Al's in probably 15 years and she had been there forever when I went regularly in the old location. Just know, if you get her you're going to be there a good, long while.

This is THE BEST place in town to get an awesome burger! Everything on the menu is delicious, fresh, and made to order, all at a super affordable price for the whole family. The chili cheeseburger and chili cheese fries are to just to die for! Awesome customer service as well!

This was a last minute selection and, per the reviews, SHOULD have been pretty tasty. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't 4.4 stars worth. The meat appeared to have no seasoning at all and the only flavor came from the jalapenos on the Al's Big Spicy. The jalapeno bacon tasted like regular bacon. The onion rings 'could' have been 'pre-made' store bought onion rings. They certainly didn't seem to be 'in house's made. There won't be a second visit, unfortunately.

Great burger, wonderful staff, has been around for 50+ years & will continue to do so if they keep it up.
