Danny was great got me the car I was looking for. This is a very friendly place to shop for a vehicle, that has great deals. I went in to get a Taurus I owned repaired and walked out with a new 2020 fusion. I couldn't be more satisfied. This car is a blessing in disguise as I will be taking a road trip next month, and having a brand new car with a warranty makes me feel more comfortable with my trip. I just purchased a 2020 Ford Escape. There were a plethora of options for cars as well as customizations. The salesman, Michael Miranda, is what sold us. His high energy level made us feel comfortable and excited while helping us choose a car to our specifications. 10/10 would recommend going to him. The customer service was excellent. A personalized moment was offered as they played the song of our choice as we walked up to sign papers to buy my car officially. The car itself drives so smoothly; we opted for an all-wheel-drive for Chicago's winters. Loving this car already!

I would like to give 10 starts to Mike Rosa just because he help us all the way. He was very patient with my husband and I. We were looking for something new, but give our old car in exchange and they could help us pay off everything. So far into negotiation , they were so kind and able to meet into our monthly payment. Just got a 2020 Eco sport financed just yesterday. It drives so well! Our first initial experience was amazing. We didn't have any appointment so we just walked in. We had some sales man just say hi or pass us by but none asked us if we wanted to buy a car or if we were working with someone already. Then came Hank Reyes, amazing guy! He has the same name as my Dad and from the get go a very straightforward guy. He said guys, I'm going to get you the best deal I can and make sure you leave satisfied with your new car. HE DELIVERED! HE BASICALLY GOT US A NO PAYMENT DOWN DEAL *our credit wasn't that good and we had just bought a house* on a brand new car. He literally took his time test driving 4 different cars until we were satisfied. He was all over the place, talking with the manager, talking with the finance department. Everything he could to get us our deal. He is an amazing humble person that you can be sure he will treat you like if he knew you for years. So friendly and nice. A huge thanks as well to Joe, who gave us our run down specs for our new car! Just make an appointment with Hank you won't be dissapointed!

Everyone here was super nice. I ve been trying to trade my car for a while and it s been hard being a younger person who is still building credit. Miguel was able to help me out tremendously though and brought multiple options to the table. I went in for a used car and ended up leaving with a pretty much brand new 2020 car, I would have never expected that. Definitely satisfied.

I walked into Al Piemonte Ford just to look at their inventory. Then, a nice young gentleman, Edwin greeted me and spoke with professionalism about what would be best for me.
