Definitely high quality service and exemplary for a Hotel of this category. The proximity to the Mall made it easy to go from there, other than the options that the mall itself offers in terms of fast and cheap food. And of course watch the night with the water dance at the feet of the Burj Khalifa. The night of clams that the hotel offers was a pleasure to be had, with the best everything from oysters to lobsters.

Mix of hotel and apartments. Hint: when arriving, make sure you know which one you are booked into as there are two receptions. Shared breakfast is in the hotel bit, and is really nice with lots of international flavours and excellent omelettes! Rooms are spacious, pretty clean and decent wifi. Short walking distance to the Mall of Dubai, although you need to cross two large highways (pedestrian lights, so no having to sprint!).

Vallet was prompt. Beautiful lobby design. Room very well laid out. View to inner court is amazing especially at night with all lights on.
Little architectural mishaps such as the design of the round windows using AL frames but doesn't take away from the overall pleasant experience.
Stayed here for 4 nights 25th March 2016 we have travelled a lot around the world and this hotel stands out as one of the top. Everything about this hotel is great. Would highly recommend .
Our stay was just okaaaaaay! This place is old n needs serious refurbishments. Lighting are so dark n depressing. Toilets r clean but could be cleaner and newer. Beddings and towels are clean. The ACs are okay but air circulation is bad as the apartment's kitchen smells like Indian food probably from the previous guests. The carpet has stains and needs to be cleaned.

Honestly very very nice place and Hadi and very close walking distance to Dubai Mall. Of course, the system of hotel and building second suites two rooms and 3 rooms and buildings system apartments also two rooms and 3 rooms. I would recommend the hotel to be either the hotel or Bswyat hotel because it is close to the place of the morning breakfast, which I consider very special. For information, even if you live far away from the hotel apartment buildings or sweates have round the clock golf cars that connect you to and from the hotel. If you enjoy enjoy making sure that your reservation overlooking the pool balcony. The time between summer and winter is the best timing frankly. I advise him strongly and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Dubai.

Had the Eid brunch with my family last Saturday , food was good , staff were good except Deemin ( the F&B Manager ) he acted aggressively and very rude because I took a plate , there was no sign to say that customers are not allowed to take plates by them selves , tried to complain to the GM , he didn t call back or ever cared

Nothing special compared to other attractions in Dubai.
The apartment is 5 stars but the apartments are not classified except Deluxe rating .. Apartments with different buildings other than the main hotel and the level does not rise to two stars and the service is very bad towels rickety and furniture is very old and rugs so dirty prayer carpet I can not pray them knowing The rooms overlooking the Burj Khalifa are so annoying that you can't sleep as if you were in a race track because there were no sound insulation.

Service is great. Hotel is being taken care of. Only downside is the accessibility. Even though there are taxis, it's not optimal for pedestrians. There are very few restaurants except for the ones from the hotel. A good thing is, that the mall is nearby. Would definitely visit again, however with a rental car.

Great ambience in the heart of dubai beside the gigantic Burj Khalifa. Was there for a wedding function. Main Banquet Hall in the ground floor was classy food was mouthwatering. Great stuff...
I'm always there it's a nice place to live the only problem that I'm seeing is the traffic at evening time.

I booked an appointment actually and honestly its not like 5 Star not even 4 start .. the parking area so so small .. but the location is perfect and close to the dubai mall and supermarket also and few restaurants

To be very honest, lot of improvement is required. And many people stopped going to Al Bustan Rotana since the changes happened. Please do something so we will go back weekly once or twice to the hotel and restaurants. Good luck
Nice Hotel with frindliy Management and Service. Location is close to Dubai Center like Shopping Center and , Burj Kalifa. There is a Shuttle from the Hotel to the Sisters Hotel at the Beach. Rooms, breakfeast and other Entertainment at the Hotel are well.
Don't know where to start but I booked 2 nights. Check-in took almost 2 hours although I arrived on time.
Upon checkin a handout is given to explain policies . No where it is written that the pool access for guests is limited and prior booking is required. I went with my wife and two small children and I was denied entry. Then at night constant noise from kids next room and the security did speak to them but usually in such cases if the noise continued midnight, the hotel should move you for your comfort...that didn't happen.
Today morning, were informed pool reservation is not required only to be kicked out later to accomodate other guests? Excuse me but that was never conveyed to us. Overall, pretty bad experience, I expected much better from a 5 star hotel, for this, you deserve 0 stars. Never coming back.

This has been one of our favourite Buffet Restaurants over the last decade and a half. They have a good Buffet spread ( dinner) with live cooking stations as well.
Seated in the Al Fresco section of the Restaurant in the crisp wintry air was enchanting.
The service and assistance offered by the Staff, including the Manager Mr Jackson and Mr Mustafa was exemplary.
Value for Money, taking into account the offer on Entertainer Vouchers.
This complex is a close to walking distance from the mall as you get. Got great amenities, large pool complex, and a great gym.
Every was so good especially the people who work there are so nice. However, I saw a hair in the bathroom when I first checked in. But in general I really recommend it!

Rooms The hotel apartments that were booked were very beautiful and large in size. I don t need to renovate and maintain. The carpets are very old and the furniture is also
The cleaning crew is fast and responsive
But the room service by phone is new, too late, or you go to the reception and take your order from them, unfortunately

Rkawooh place The apartments of the Wakman Hotel is a great time to give you a map of the hotel and apartments from the large and elephant swimming pool and places for breakfast and Aisha and even in a pharmacy near 24 hours open and Kaman supermarket all walking around and of course near the Dubai Mall walk less than 10 minutes of everything around you but far from JBR by text Hours by car means to benefit my lover shop in Dubai, of course we were two blocks in the apartment and a large time and everything is available full kitchen and washer and the view was on the Khalifa Tower frankly enjoyed the stay and the atmosphere was wonderful on late February 2019 was a wonderful experience
