The hotel is clean with its old furniture and cluttered services, and the prices for services such as coffee and coffee are very high

Love this hotel, cozy, amazing staff and amazing breakfast.
Hotel location is good, close to Al faysalia and kingdom mall.
However, the hotel is not luxury! Rooms need renovation (3rd floor renovated) WiFi is slow.

I stayed one day that s enough for my life. I don t know why people are gave 5 stars for this hotel.
Very old hotel never renovated I think. Room smelled and staffs couldn t understand English correctly. Internet was so slow and the room key is an iron key . Around the hotel, many construction are on going.

- A classy hotel with an old design. If I entered it, I remembered everything old in my childhood, from the way lighting, furniture, general style, even the phone, and the way to arrange a house for rooms.

- The swimming pool is dirty because it is exposed
Only two elevators, one of them small
- The club is closed and it is an alternative that has a small room
- There is no spa and massage, and they said it in Al Faisaliah
Its location with excavations and the metro project is poor
- There was demolition work adjacent to the hotel, even at night
Positions are few and limited
- There is no shattaf in the bathroom
The corridors and rooms are comfortable because they are old, I expect

Old yes it is, but very good service and gives you a home like feeling plus staff are excellent

Probably one of the best places to eat in a fairly relaxed atmosphere in Riyadh. Nice big lawned garden at back of hotel which is spacious and nice with the children. Main plus point is not being forced into a nasty little family cubicle/box away from everyone. Food good.

An excellent hotel worth five stars for quality service and dedication to attentive guests. I would recommend staying at this hotel and it will be my favorite hotel in the coming times

When it was up ... this was a really good hotel ... right now, its been torn down to rebuild the entire block.

Wonderful throwback to the 70s and 80s. In an age of copy paste hotels that all look and feel the same sterile way, this hotel is a fabulous respite from the mundane, faux cool hotels of today. Yes, you will have to carry a key and some of the older amenities will be a nuisance and annoying but it will still be worth the wonderful warm hues and furniture of yesteryear. I would definitely go back.

My experience was in the restaurant Dabino Italian air hotel lavender free Wi-Fi and the work is very nice there is good eating give it 6 of 10 but oysters and shrimp very grilled delicious orange juice excellent but eating them need more spices sweet experience

The worst thing is that there is no hotel around it like this. The view is not improved if you look at the net

Garden Barbeque us an Amazing experience. Its an expensive place but worth once. Sea food varieties are finger licking. Lobster included.

Great place to stay in heart of city and convenience for everything

Unfortunately, some simple parts irritate the visitor in this hotel. The toilets without a shattaf and washing machines have bags. The towels are old and dull.
The hotel features a pool, gym and cheerful staff
The breakfast is excellent. I will not repeat the visit unless all hotel facilities are renewed.

One of the oldest hotel in Riyadh but still having the best service, they have different types of from 187 rooms, very nice Garden BBQ Restaurant, where you can enjoy your dinner at the garden outside with music and while watching your favorite match. They have another in door Restaurant called Windrose which offers international dishes. Located beside AlFaisaliah Mall and Al Faisaliah Hotel in Olaya district, excellent location. Don t forget to try their patisserie. Rate range 300 to 400 SAR.
