Very warm and welcoming staff. Food was good and so were the facilities. However I was surprised with the scroggy toiletries and the power kept tripping while using any appliances. Otherwise a good experience

28 August 2019 I am at the hotel. I'm happy with everything.
Before arriving, I read reviews that there are not enough places for eating, and that there are many stinging jellyfish. Fortunately, everything was not confirmed. The staff is helpful, very nice, attentive. The food is chic and nutritious, on the table and parmesan and physalis and sprouted soybeans. Mini speckles are good for elegance. Everyone is happy. Of the minuses, we arrived early, we had to wait until lunchtime, a little annoying after an overnight flight. But we were warned that check-in after 12:00.
For that number we were pleasantly surprised, two-room apartment with a kitchen and two toilets.
About the weather, hot and humid, but on the second day we got used to it, water +30 even at 6 am !!!!!!

So this is more of an apartment than a hotel as our room of 2 bedroom was quite big with a big kitchen and 4 bathrooms. The sea view rooms have an epic view. Golf side, not so much.
I'm giving 3 stars for 2 reasons, there is no wifi in the rooms. You have to pay around 85 aed for a basic feature which i have never come across in all my travels. The only free wifi is available in the lobby so i noticed all families spending time on their phones than in the actual rooms. Second reason was the breakfast, it was ok. Nothing great but there should be a bigger spread for a buffet.

The hotel is connected to the Waldorf Astoria. Nice big beach, the weather in the period 9-16.2.2018 was super, in the day 28-30 st. C, at night 18-19 St. C.

Nice hotel, lots of greenery. Everything is trimmed, tidied up. 3 heated swimming pools. Different water temperatures in each.
White coral sand on the beach. There is entertainment: banana riding, buns, boating, water skiing, parasailing, etc. Not cheap, but there is.
Children's and volleyball court.
A well-kept hotel with a beautiful, safe beach. Lots of sun loungers, and the price of a VIP bed. Free transfer to Dubai. The building is beautifully illuminated at night. The nearest fairly large shopping center is a 15-minute walk.
The view is good and the breakfast is great. They should provide water and drink free in lunch and dinner as the water not free!!

Have stayed in Hotels but yours comes at a class where I'll recommend for friends and family. Thanks for the beautiful times spent and for the chef the rice was awesome. The House keeping staff are on point Kingsley in particular. Good job guys

The place is clean and Specious we liked it. However, you need to bring your own bottles of water if you are going to use more than the free two bottles that were provided. They will charge you for any extra you may request. The beach was clean and sandy. . The swimming pools were old needed some maintanance. Kitchen was ok. They even have washing machine . Very nice to stay in. Classic room is so small, better you take a deluxe room or junior suite.

If you want to be right on the beach have a room in a villa. Great entertainment in one of the restaurants. Buffet breakfast and dinner ok. A suite offers good space and views but no balcony.

I am here for the third day so far everything is fine. We really are in the four of Hotel Village. Five is a residence. The sea is not far, a nice well-groomed beach, the food is very good, the rooms are cozy, clean. The staff is very attentive. If something goes wrong, I will definitely write. I chose the most beautiful photos of the truth. Today, the fifth day without a call, the number is not cleaned, that is, in the beginning they seem to create a very good impression and then probably there is no time)) but in principle, everything is still decent2
I would have given this place 5 but the no Wifi in the rooms and the leniency of guest not following the dress code was taken into account.
It s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. The Breakfast was awesome. I highly recommend Al Hamra village and residence.
We didnt know that Al Hamra Residence and Al Hamra Village are 2 separate places, as it is no where mentioned in website...so all the time before check in we were thinking about that hotel and on time when we came we were sent to another small hotel called Al Hamra Village. Point is they should mention both separately and there is WiFi charged only, no free WiFi so if you have local package then good otherwise its really like a village.
Rooms are ok, not amazing. 3 bedroom villa only has two mugs, no hairdryer, no other cutlery in a fully fitted kitchen. Plenty of amenities and very friendly staff.
Must visit at least one time in your life it's really awesome,..
2 hours drive from Dubai, you will be welcomed by beautiful palm trees on the way to the hotel. Reception area has great ambiance (arabic) good. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Breakfast buffet has variety of options you can sit inside the restaurant or choose to eat outside near the pool area. Kudos to the chef who makes variety of egg recipes for the guests . Beach is nice with whitesand. Easy to relax with their cozy benches.
Good food, spacious rooms (at least in the Village), but far from the Village to the beach, about 15 minutes walk. From the fruit are mostly apples, oranges and watermelons, but watermelons can make a very quick new batch but they have to wait.
Spent a weekend in a one bedroom suite in September.
I will start by saying the room and the see view from it are top choice! The room is spacious and well organized, clean and make you feel like home.
The service level of the all the team are a different level. We booked one weekend for our anniversary, walked into the room to find a very beautiful flowers bed setup, with a card from the house keeping team. Just after we arrived, a complimentary cake was served to the room.
The pools and beach area is very clean, and feels safe for the young ones and joyful for adults. The food served at the pool is very good, again the service team were top! Although the food took a bit longer than expected but was very well presented and tasted yummi.
You can feel the family environment in this place and i had great times with hubby and our little daughter. Recommended if you are looking for a gateway for your family that is affordable and luxurious at the same time.
Very nice facility but quite large ... you can say a city for themselves. The beach and everything around it were very well maintained we even had its own mall, although not as spectacular as the Dubaimall but it was all there and fast food restaurants but have a rental car to see everything. The breakfast was also very good and for the price of 379 euro for a week with breakfast you can not complain. We were there at the beginning of February and had 25-30 degrees ... fantastic ...

For the price paid 1700+ dhs ... i'd say its not worth it to be honest ... small room was a bit dirty no towels when we got to the room... well the view is the only thing that got them the second star u get the idea
A place to advertise it is a five star hotel, but not like a three star place. There is no activity at the hotel. And if you choose full-time care, all services and another restaurant are not part of the full board. Similarly, there are restrictions on drinking, and the beach bar gets ice cream only for kids and only after 11:00.
Great rooms, Friendly staff and good selection of food. Has a beautiful beach.
Breakfast could be better. The pool had maintenance and a small one was the subtitute
