I really wish I can post less than a star but I can't. This is probably the rudest, shadiest and most inconsiderate, also probably the most illiterate, Bentley dealer if not the worst car dealer in Dubai.

We have two Bentleys, one of which suddenly had a dead battery. The other didn't. Both were parked next to each other for the same amount of time. Upon towing the car to this dealer, they responded with "the battery is dead, you will be charged for its replacement." How does a battery die in a 1 year old car?! If a battery is defective in the warranty window, it should be covered and replaced accordingly at no cost. Oh, and they kept the car for 3 weeks. To diagnose a battery fault. Top shelf service mechanics right here folks!

Both the service manager and the general manager refused our requests to look further into the matter and simply responded with "We don't care, it's not our problem". If you are hell bent on buying a Bentley, I suggest not going with this company or this dealership specifically. Hell, even a dealer from Saudi Arabia has given us better service! Don't even think of servicing the car there; the service department kept our car for THREE WEEKS to diagnose this simple issue, only to not give us service under the warranty or even a car for replacement. Incompetent AND unprofessional. A dangerous combination.

If you value your car, do it a favor and save her the trouble and save yourself the headache; avoid this place like the plague, because if you take it here, she might leave with a plague of issues!

Servicing car especially with such high cost needs improvement...It's not value for money when it comes to attention to details?!
