Be cause I am the employer of Al Ghazal Transport since 2005

I am an experienced person in the transport business and I have just joined al ghazal after finishing my contract with my former company but to my greatest surprise, i observed or got more than I expected. Al ghazal is a very organised company starting from the environmental organisation to the staffs hospitality. Everyone treated me special. Runing from department to another wasn't as difficult as I though it would have been. The staffs sure know how to do their jobs with good timing and less pressure. All departments ranging from taxi,limousine and bus section,car wash area,meter section and fleet section are well organised with consideration to a save pedestrian walk way. The maintainace services is superb to ensure providing good and safe taxi,bus and limousine services to customers. Toilet facilities eating area and parking area are properly set to make life easy for both staffs nd visitors. Various department are set in a way to favour it purpose. In addition to this there is a safety department consisting of the first aid section and fire warden sec. As someone who has knowledge on occupational safety I know d importance of having a safe work place and I consider al ghazal a company who have don good in considering workers nd environmental safety. I take taxi from abudahbi mall around 4 pm today, taxi number 52325 t.when I reach my destination I ready my payment so I can go down and grab my groceries easily.. But un intentionally the 1 dh coin was fallen in the side chair.. And the driver say next time you should give to the driver directly. And I say sorry ang I keep quiet grab my things and go down the taxe and then the driver keep on insisting what I say. I said nothing ang go.. But he shout to me again..i want to call the cops but I'm still. Thinking he have a family to feed when he loss his job.
He should treat his customers properly.. If he have a problem don't bring it to the work..

About my experience going to Al ain few times.
1- The buses are not comforting at all even the new buses.
2- Most of the time, the driver waits till the bus is complete.
3- There is no schedule and the delay exists every time.

V baaad driving from a driver he is not a good person he doesn't know how to drive even how to change the track this thing happened to day he cut me v dangerously I was going in 60 track if he want to go fast just go for 80 or100 only 3 inch distance to accidentally from a bike when I try to talk he started abused he have a big bared he doesn't know how to talk a person I just respect for his bared otherwise I call to police I don't don't know how and who give license to him I am going to mention here taxi number and also I have a taxi plate number 1933 Dhabi plz give him some information , instructions , advise this is a ramdan Every one should have a some patience.thanks .

when you are out of car on the street on weekends you have to walk without your rent car. because. no one of rent car employee receive your phone
