Al Buhaira National Insurance Co. Review

My comprehensive insurance in the lake I had a damaged accident and he turned me to a workshop where there was a minor accident and the vehicle was dyed, but the front wheel, when installed by the workshop workers, broke clips and peeled off the dye. I called the insurance company and informed them about that, and I want to change the workshop, but they also told me to go back to the same workshop and I came back. They did not solve the problem. The director of the accident branch was contacted and I came to him, and he also said: I go back to the same workshop !! 4 times I went to the workshop and asked the insurance to replace the workshop, but to no avail !!
First of all, customer service does not have to worry about
Secondly, the method of the accident branch manager, from my point of view, imposes his opinion on the customer without looking at his opinion or appreciation of the situation, being I returned 4 times to the same workshop and parked my car 4 times and go home and go back, with reason or logic. The solution is simple is to change the workshop but to no avail
Praise be to God, because I discovered this thing in order to change my insurance.

I gave them a star and waited for approval for the operation three days ago. I called them more than once, and I waited for the operation to happen again, and we see this after the operation from suffering with the insurance of the lake. The answer from the insurance was that we do not give approval until after the end of us. After I contacted the stalling in approvals and the argument, that the doctor did not send us his answers to the questions, a person suffering from a disease, and they were manipulating no strength and power except with God.

Took my car for service. This company requests that you submit a form prior to servicing it. They also keep you on the phone for a long while & don't answer.

One of the best insurance company with decent goodwill in uae , they have a very good staff whom knows clients needs and give the proper cover needed I hope if they have individual medical insurance

It's like the company is having an active business reduction department, as they are looking for only new client and give no response to clients under the policies. Waiving bye to clients with bad memories.
