Like Kevin, I have experienced very similar issues, and suggest that this company is a really dirty and time-wasting opportunity. It scams people so much, until your wallet is empty, which is what happened to me. I am really disgusted with their customer service, and the person who spoke to me, was really rude, and he claimed to be the owner of the company. His name was Prakash Akkineni. In addition, when I spoke to him in person he was smoking, showing no respect whatsoever. This deserves -10 stars, and the ability to not even being able to use the system, and knowing how much it costs, should make it even lower. I am truly disgusted, and will never suggest it to others.
Has great products but dealing with the sales and contracts staff is difficult to say the least. If time is important to you - this is not your solution - way too many hurdles to jump through to get a contract signed even when we made it clear we had a timeframe to meet.
