We have been there for a week and it was perfect in everyway. It is a family hotel which rules the pandemic very carefully and good. The Hotel was very clean. The sea also. They have a lot of things. 24 hours food and drinks avaible. Very friendly and nice workers. Very funny animation team which has great activities btw. The drinks at the bars were nice. They have a coffee shop better than starbucks. I didn t sight anything bad except some guests don't follow the social distancing rules and the rooms were little bit old. I am writing from the coronavirus years, I hope we got rid of this trouble while you read these lines. The hotel is built on a very large area, there are quite a lot of sunbeds, so the social distance rule is easily applied. The pools are big, the aquapark is big, the rooms are spacious. First of all, I give 10/10 to the employees because they deserve it, the very helpers are still smiling in that heat with the mask, you feel that they are happy despite the trouser and black shoes concept set by the hotel. The hotel is not a new hotel in general, but on their hands, it is very well-kept, and when we reported the age-related problems in the rooms, they immediately resolved 10/10. I found the food delicious compared to the hotel meal, there was red meat and fish every night, the drinks were branded and in cans or bottles. Alcoholic drinks were branded 10/10. The seaside area of the hotel is stony, there are 2 piers built to overcome the hotel stony and 1 main pier. However, there is no chance to swim from the beach. Of course, this is not the case with the hotel. The general cleaning of the hotel looked good, the cleaning staff looked clean, the materials they used seemed clean. You will say that from where did you break points? 1- A few days after returning from vacation, we took my daughter to the doctor because of her increased ear pain, she was infected, in this case I hope we did not share a pool with an infected person. We (my wife, baby and I) stayed at the hotel in feb-march, the hotel was really great. It's very clean, rooms, bar, restaurants and toilets. The staff is friendly and service is unbelievable fast (room service and such). The food was nice the only thing a little funny is that not everybody speaks English proper. Then the website states they speak Turkish, German and Russian and these they speak proper. All and all we enjoyed our stay here lots of and would surely recommend it. I would not be surprised to find myself returning here some time
