Akershoek Fietsen Review

Very disappointed with the service. We were on a cycling tour trip around Holland and needed a replacement stem for one of the bikes. The shop did not have a new part but offered a used one for 50! Told that it s a very rare part and of high quality!! We had no other options because we were miles away from areas with other bike shops. Accepted and paid, when left the shop noted 2 of the Allen Key screw heads were damaged and not usable. Returned the part back to the shop, received full refund but they were quite unhappy to return it. Luckily we were in Rotterdam for our next stop and bought a brand new part for 18.99. Have delt with many bike shops in the past and all were extremely helpful, this is the first time felt being exploited for being in need and miles away from help. Would not recommend if you are in similar situation.

If you don't come for a racing bike you are not interesting enough !!!!!! Customer-friendliness should also be considerably improved!

Had problems with the shifting of my haibike sduro hardnine. Was immediately checked and adjusted in the workshop. Very friendly service and competent service. Thank you very much.

Top helped, chain of our own ATB broke in the dunes and immediately helped for little money. TOP service !!

Very bad service. Called after a flat tire for a solution, and no empathy or to arrange something. Our own problem. I would recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing that you have to wait 4-5 days for a lock to be cut after the key has been lost. A request to finish this, in my opinion, simple job will not be honored. Therefore, I cycle to unresolved matters to find an alternative solution.

Great support small technical problem was solved in 5 minutes and completely free of charge! THX
