Can we hope that the access to the beach through the Vilassar round will be fixed and open to the public before the season begins? It is impossible to make arrangements with these schedules. Attention to the public from 9 am to 2 pm, no telephone attention in the afternoon and then by appointment they give it for 3 weeks.
I understand the Covid measures but this does not justify a deficiency in service to the citizen, so put more staff or the means needed to ensure good service.
