Not sure why so many bad reviews. Got in and out in just over an hour. Overnight parking around the lake. Parking to the dock is not too easy but not hard either. 100$ to unload lumper or you can do it yourself with a manual jack...
these people are a joke dispatchers horrible brokers horrible if they offered me a 20k load i still wouldnt haul for this company if your a carrier stay away from this companys even if there paying you 10 dollars a mile dont haul for these i wouldnt even rate these people a 1 star
Amazon rules this place...Prime small vans everywhere and of course they have priority it seems.
It's best to pull in, follow the sign, then stop and check in first.
When you get a door pull into the south side road, nose in to the port container lot first, then back tight tight back to your door from there.

Meaning, it doesn't matter what time your appt is if a Shipping container shows up or is scheduled they go in before you.

Please Please Please Please Do not work with them they will use you work and not pay you for it they have my driver do everything at the receiving station from open the dock door hook u the truck and unload 12 pallet with a total of 6325 lbs and still refused to pay me for driver extra work.
Was quick to unload. Maybe was my lucky day but they were and they have a parking for the night.
Booked a load drove 135 miles showed up at shipper for pickup an hour before appt. Shipper said load had already been picked up by another truck earlier that day. Broker booked another truck on it and didn t have the balls to be honest and let me know. Then Tried to get a TONU and was ignored and told this and that. DO NOT BOOK FREIGHT WITH THIS BROKERAGE COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YA.
Parking lot is a chaos. No clear instructions for one way traffic.

Took them 3 hours to unload and 2 hours to get me paperwork.
AJC and Eagle logistics same thing. I showed up at 8:45 for a 9 AM appointment at least that s what the broker told me they claim I had an 8 AM appointment and if you re more than 15 minutes late they charge you a $100 late fee. It s also $100 to unload or you can unload it yourself. I had a full load of pallets that had vegetable shortening on it I think it was only one item but they unloaded me very quick in 13 minutes. If it wasn t for the late fee they would have five stars. When you turn down the road follow the road all the way down the lake should be on your right hand side. Follow all the way down you ll be at Amazon but they ll direct you around through the fence to get to eagle logistics
Actual place isn't bad. The bad review is from Amazon and local guys. Way to busy everyone is important and #1 in the universe. Because of that this place sux
