One of the worst broadband connection an individual can take. Every single day there is an issue with the connection. Having a connection like this makes it almost impossible to work at home. And moreover, the router provided by them hardly covers the perimeter inside the house. I suggest you to take up hathway connection as it is far more reliable and better In all ways. Overall hopeless and terrible broadband provider.
I have subscribed to new connection yesterday they took Rs.3683/- but in invoice they mentioned only Rs.3183/- no one is able to answer when I called customer care they are disconnecting call.
Speed promised is 75 mbps, whole speed we get is 0.05 mbps.
They won't resolve the issue even after.multiple calls and follow-ups.
Only response we get is ease wait we are working on it.
Very Poor Connectivity... The network Offen fluctuats..... Only to collect bills they will be on time.. The only reason iam still having this broadband is because no other broadbands are available.

Going to change airwire after this cycle..
Frequent disconnection. Unstable network. Needs a lot of calling to get it online again. But speed is good if it works.

Please dont take this broad band. Such a worst experience I had now. I have called 6 times to customer care but no action was taken. Such a worst broad band. Waste of money. Dont trust this guys. They are just cheating the customers. Please guys. This is my personal experience. when I asked for service they just disconnected my call.
