Lovely hotel. We have stayed for overnight, and enjoyed it. Clean and friendly. We often use this location for long term parking as we get on a flight from o'hare to go on vacation and more. Good rates. Bus you to the airport for no additional cost. Some covered, and some open parking.

Very convenient and helpful for our park sleep fly reservation. Will remember them when we fly out of O'hare in the future.

Went to 'Caddy Shack' for dinner it was OK but quite basic in the food choice. More healthy options needed.

Went out to meet some friends. Had a fun time. Hotel was easy to get to. Nice and clean.

We had a great stay. The house keeper don't know her name but she is so nice and accommodating . I really enjoyed talking with her. We would definitely come back again.

Came here for New Years so I wouldn't have to drive home after a fun night out at Joe's (walkable) - it is so close to everything and the service is everything you expect from a reputable hotel. Be careful for the $25 parking for guests and the free continental breakfast is as you would expect for a hotel of this scale - a little better than average.

The staff was rude about our socializing. We were not loud or rowdy, we were just propping our doors open. For some of us, this is the one time of year that we get to see each other and the staff definitely put a damper on that.

Location good for what it is: an airport/conference hotel. Easy enough to get downtown. Food good. Temperature in room not ideal; otherwise five stars.

Flight got delayed and spent the evening here. Nice clean rooms near airport.

We got their at 7pm and only stayed till 4am but the food was amazing and they have a every 30 min shuttle to the airport that runs all night long and parking was so cheap if u use the spot hero 40 bucks for 4 daysflipping awsome!

Parking cost $25 but otherwise was a very pleasant stay, and good for the price.

Very nice hotel with great facilities for decent prices, considering. The restaurant was good. Enjoyed a couple great breakfasts there. Wish these places wouldn't charge so much for their parking or internet service though. Seems like they shouldn't have to nickel and dime their guests that way.

It was a pleasant stay.had corner room with nice view. Room and bathroom good in size. Parking not included in the price for a room which is a bummer. Staff very friendly and professional .

$24.00 a night to park a car in the suburbs, $13 for WiFi, this hotel and price line need to review some things as I will not visiting either soon.

When we got to our room, we opened the fridge and there was a whole leftover pizza and dried up burger! We called the front desk and no one ever came to clean it so we cleaned it ourselves. Everything is so old and the people are so rude.

Food was really good the cheesecake was phenomenal and the sugar donuts don't forget to try wow

We had a fairly short stay at this hotel, but the place was nice, clean and very conveniently placed near a mall and the Rosemont Hall where we were attending a concert. The hotel provided us a free shuttle to and from the airport which also saved us money from taking another form of transportation. The restaurants in this hotel are also very yummy and had great service!

I was so happy with this hotel, from the moment I stopped in to drop off my luggage early before check-in, clear through till the shuttle to the airport. The staff are helpful (even if a little dour, don't be put off, it's maybe just a Chicago thing) and plentiful, which makes wait times minimal. The club benefits put me on the top floor, at the end of the hallway, so I didn't suffer any noise. The room was comfy, clean, and modern (although some small maintenance issues were present) the bathroom was huge, the amenities good. Room service till 11pm. Able to pre-order order breakfast to your room. Close to the blue line Rosemont stop (10 walk ) so you can get downtown easily. Close to airport, with a complimentary shuttle on the half hour. There are several high end hotels in this Rosemont area, but I will always stay here from now on if I have an early flight home.

Went for an event. Parking was confusing. The space was fine for the venue.

Stopped in for drinks at the caddy shack bar. What a great experience! The bartenders were exceptional!

Lovely climate-controlled rooms, clean, fairly priced. Parking lot is very well maintained, either salted or heated because there was no snow in it aside from the 4-inches of solid ice on the edges of the sidewalks and grass. Thank you for the great stay.

Nice venue for a professional conference. Conveniently located near several dining, shopping and entertainment options. Room was pleasant.

Rooms are good and service is also great and they have good infrastructure including gym, pool.

Looks better inside than it does from the street and is located close to O'Hare International airport.

Doesn't matter what you're looking for from family entertainment the actual family entertainment, to night time comedy bars.

These guys have got it, did I mention a candy themed restaurant too?

Bar and restaurant with a Built-in bowling alley?

Bar food orientated comedy club?

Seasonal events all year round?

Ample parking?

Walking distance to an indoor skydiving facility and mall?

The food library or rather vocabulary is very limited but that does not mean that the quality is low come you're not gonna find a lot of grease I hopped up on salt fast food around this area. But you don't have to put a lot of effort into finding it either.

Think of it more like upscale lunch and brunch meals served daily and nightly.

Be careful about your intoxication level in an area like this, I am nor have I ever in any way shape or form advocated excessive consumption of alcohol. But do keep in mind that there is not an age restriction on the area at night not to mention connected to the parking lot is a movie theater so children being in this area is not an uncommon occurrence.

Whether it's a simple date or a night on the town with friends, if you can't find it here your drunk period.

Great service and friendly personnel. The rooms were awesome with a mini fridge and microwave. Rooms were clean. I would stay there again.

Some issues with housekeeping. 4 people in our room, and they only gave us 2 towels. Service response was great though

And they charged me twice for a parking at the beginning! Overally I cannot give them more than 2 stars for my one night stay !

For the rate they charge, they sure do nickel and dime you.

There was a mix up with my room but William was extremely helpful and nice in helping find a solution. After all was said and done I had a great stay, thanks William!!

My wife and I use there parking area,when we fly out of ohare. The staff is wonderful and the parking is available, we also get a ride to ohare from the hotel

Wow, what a nice experience. After a real struggle with a missed flight and horrible support at the airport, this was such a relief. Great staff, friendly, and even cooked a special meal for my wife work restricted diet!

Have to stay here for 3 days becase of missing an emirate flight.They recomended this hotel and gave some discount coupen.Nothing special to mention.

Hotel needs to be looked into. Hotel doesn't deserve to make another dollar ever again. How can you have these video's of kenneke stumbling but don't have video of her walking into the freezer. Biggest cover and the stupid police department allowed them to delete the most important video that would of solved this case.

Very friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced. Parking is a little difficult at times.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. Overall is was an amazing stay.

Good location. Very convenient as i was aattending a concert at the Rosemont theater and it was within walking distance. Also walking distance to the the outlet and restaurants. However, housekeeping went through attemoting to open chained rooms multiple times at 9AM (check out at 12)

Service was good a hotel price was acceptable for the area but the hallways and rooms needed updated.

Decent place for overnight stay when flying out of ORD for early morning flight with kids

I was disappointed in this Crowne Plaza. I just attended a conference there and I will agree with a previous poster that the rooms were clean and well maintained.

But some of the amenities were sadly lacking:
Wi-Fi that would conk out regularly and sometimes for more then 5 minutes.
Elevators were eratic
Television channel selection was terribly limited.

Most Crowne Plaza's are great but this one was adequate.

Carpets could be kept better but otherwise a great stay

Food provided for meeting there was so so. Parking lot was easy to get into but not so easy to find the hotel entrance.

I didn't spend much time at hotel, but it was just average. Not spectacular, but horrible.

Attended Flashback Weekend. The hotel was run well, clean, and comfortable.

Great guest rooms, service, food, meeting rooms, and stuff nearby!

The customer service at this hotel it is fore front and the management very helpful to customers.
