I wanted to change our 15 years old furnace and I was really interested in the Carrier Infinity. I called Max and he came the same day to give me an estimate. He was on time and knowledgeable.

Max installed a new Carrier 2 ton AC unit after my old one (of nearly 18 years) broke down. Max was honest in diagnosing the issue with my old unit and offered to repair it (and broke down the annual repair costs / upkeep). He was not pushy and I appreciated his honestly throughout. I chose to go with a new unit and Max came two days later with another technician and they installed it within 4 hours. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well.
