We use Aircall at our company and it is a very important part of our company. We use it daily for all of our incoming calls to Customer Service, and for outgoing calls. This is a great tool and super helpful for the work from home era that is upon us right now. It is a must have!

We switched from Zendesk phone to Aircall and it was a great change. Aircall is simple to use and reliable when on calls. One helpful change would be allowing the agent to see the history and notes from a number when it comes in and not being locked into that one screen. This would allow the agent to be prepared when taking the call since we would know if they ve called in before and if there are any notes/accounts attached to the number. Aside from that, I really enjoy using Aircall.

Give the ability to know when connection is well or not which helps to communicate with people you need to talk to. A good app to be organized with calls and give the best satisfaction to customers.
