Called after 9 pm on a Friday night when I discovered that my heating / cooling system wasn't working due to a faulty (new) thermostat. Mike came the next day and tested the system. He replaced my thermostat that had a bad manufacturer's part. Explained everything he did, and programmed the new thermostat with recommendations.
He also explained a couple of products that can help with air quality, and why I don't need an expensive air filter that will make my new furnace work harder than needed.

Chad did a great job. He explained everything before he did it and made sure I had running water. My water softener failed and my pipes were full of the softener beads. Chad had to bleed all of the lines and replace all of the pieces in the toilets and make sure my washer wasn't ruined. Thanks Chad, you did an excellent job and I look forward to getting my water softener replaced.

Carter, the service plumber, was on time, pleasant and his work was fine. However, we feel the charge for the work was unreasonable. Yes this was the price he gave us and we did agree to pay it because we wanted to get it done. But $450 to install a new kitchen faucet (which we provided) was way out of line. The time to make the installation was only 45 minutes. In the future we will get estimates from other plumbers.

Albert replaced a pump on the boiler today. The heating system is up and functioning now. He also took the time to answer questions regarding thermostats as we would like to upgrade these soon. Albert has been to our home a few times now and always does a great job.

Quick response. Real person answers the phone. Water heater was 4 days out of warranty. Thanks for covering everything. Ken was great ,a professional. He had it making hot water in a flash. Also gave me some advice on the ejection pump that was making loud noises. Can easily give 5 stars to Ken and Air Mechanical.

Ken did a magnificent job fixing and replacing main water shutoff valves.
He was courteous, professional working was done in a few hours. Highly recommend AMI.
