On 07/17/19 HVAC Tech Thomas Maddry serviced my AC unit, because it was not cooling since the evening before. Thomas did a diagnostic service for the unit, and within 15 min he was able to determine that it was the Dual Run Capacitor. Thomas informed me of the problem and discussed the cost of the repair, and was given the ok to fix the unit. Thomas continued to finish the rest of the diagnostic service while he fixed the problem. Thomas was very professional and knew his job very well. This Air Expert Technicians get's 5 stars, because he was on top of his job, and I would call them again for my HVAC service.

Daniel was personable,professional and knowledgeable, he was very thorough and addressed any potential problems with our system and offered solutions that made sense. Employees like Daniel are why we will always use Air Experts for our heating and cooling needs !!!

Very good attention and speed of response, just what is needed today ... I had a problem one Sunday, I called them by mid-morning and at an hour and a half the technician was knocking on my door and repairing the air problem It didn't work properly. Very good attention and highly recommended. Slds

I call Air Experts after I tried the company I have used for 5 years. They never even tried to help after 3 callls to them. One call to Air Experts and they had me set up and even arrived early and yes, they called to tell me Scott was great and correct the issue. I told my Son and now they have 2 new customers.

Davis Turner was the tech that serviced my system today. I give him a 5 star rating because he exceeded my expectations in all areas. He arrived exactly on time, called 30 minutes prior, was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything, did exactly what he said he would do. He was thorough, courteous and friendly, and completed the work in just over 30 minutes. He earns a perfect score from me!

Gage was on time. I explained the issue and he checked it out thoroughly. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was in and out and left the area clean. Could not be happier with the service. Great customer service.

I've had some really great dealing with Air experts. Last summer they replaced a dying AC unit for me and when I explained the budget I could work with they gave me the best options available. Their install was great and the house felt so amazing I decided to replace the upstairs unit this summer with a bonus furnace. After I had the unit installed Duke energy sent me some information about a rebate and I called to ask them if I would qualify. They happily discovered I did so they filled out all the paper work AFTER the sale was complete. I feel like that's awesome customer service and hopefully if I get the rebate I can replace my furnace downstairs and every unit I have will be new. They are extremely professional to deal with over the phone and in person. I really feel like they are an awesome team and I know they care about their customer satisfaction!

I recently moved in to a new home in Raleigh, NC. A Carrier system had been installed in 2010. Two weeks after moving in, I found out a part needed to be replaced. The system had already had the compressor AND blower motor (the two most expensive items on the system) replaced under warranty in 2017. I called today to get the inducer motor part covered by the warranty but the company stated that since I'm a new home owner, the warranty doesn't cover. I understand this is normal for HVAC units...However, I find it completely unacceptable that Carrier didn't replace the entire unit at the time the installer realized that both blower motor and compressor had failed in just 7 years. Now the 3rd most expensive part on the unit is failing after it's 9th year in operation. I called the company and got the issue escalated and they didn't help at all. This company does not stand behind its products and I would never recommend this HVAC system or anything else they sell to anyone! I would stay away from all Carrier HVAC company's as well as anything Carrier!

Amazing local company with a BBB rating of A+. I had a heating emergency when a 25+ year old furnace died. Patrick Mellonas came to my home, professionally explained my options, answered all my questions, and did not to try to sell me anything I did not want. Great deal from Air Experts and Patrick arranged to have my furnace installed immediately. I would recommend this company and especially Patrick to everyone.

Honest, careful, and reasonably priced. Can you really ask for more? We have had them out as a part of their Regular Maintenance Club, which is such a great program. It's so nice to have one less thing to not worry about!

Air Experts installed a new hvac for my upstairs a year ago. Service techs were great and install was perfect. Just had my 1 year post install check up and the tech was professional, on time, and knew his stuff. Signed up for their maintenance plan. Highly recommend Air Experts!

Air Experts performed scheduled maintenance and I could not recommend them higher. The appointment scheduling was efficient with multiple reminders. The technician, Marvin, was knowledgeable and pointed out things that we could do to extend the life of the unit. Very good experience.

Eric was right on time, observed all COVID19 precautions, was very courteous and completed our system maintenance in a very timely and professional manner. He explained what he did and made several suggestions as well as explaining a small leak and with the age of the unit recommended possible replacement for the spring. I appreciate it when a company has knowledgeable people who are also good with customers. I am happy my first appointment was with Kyle and I told him I would like it if he were my regular HVAC TECH! Great job!

2nd Visit: Tony Hoilman is also a fanstastic technician. He made sure I understood all of the repairs that were needed and did them quickly!

3rd Visit: Mark Hilliard was great and very knowledgeable. It was a short visit because my compressor is done for, but he was fantastic and very professional.

Compressor was shot and decided to replace the AC System. Air Experts are professional from top to bottom. I am happy this is the company I have decided to do my business with as they have great employees and always do great work.

From the first contact to the ease of scheduling, to the prompt/timeliness of appointment to the knowledgeable and friendly technician (shout out to Kyle) - everything was top notch and professional. The last company wanted over $3,000 for a repair that Kyle found was simply a 'glitch' in the thermostat. HVAC up and running for $60. And on the weekend. Highly recommend Air Experts!

After three try s our heating system is fixed! Shane was professional and fixed the problem. I know it is difficult to fix something when it does not act out. But it is now working and the fan is much quieter than it was. I still suspect we bought a part we did not need before Shane came.

Kevin was excellent. He was easy to work with. I enjoyed talking with him. He explained clearly how a geothermal system worked.

This is hands down the best company I ve ever worked with for heating and air conditioning. They replaced our 22 year old downstairs system last year and we just replaced the upstairs system last month. Top notch from office staff to sales to installation to service.

Air Experts is an excellent program and I especially like that you can pay for your maintenance visits by a monthly charge taken from your credit card with the maintenance 6 month visits for Air and Heating tune up's discounted.
