Called the Singapore number but no one picked up. Then it was transferred to their global hotline. Then I was told I cannot cancel my Beijing tickets and if I want to reschedule to Seoul, I need to top up another S$500!!! That is outrageous. It is as good as buying a new ticket. Because that is the price of the ticket shown on their website. I am speechless. What more should I say about this Airline?
Try to avoid Air China at all costs. You can call for a year and there will be no pick up. You literally need to walk into their office to ask for a response. They also cannot be bothered to reply emails. When I asked the counter ladies why are they not replying.. they just shrug.
Worst customer service. These guys are thiefs and they know we can't do anything about it since they are not in the EU
Dont expect any service. Rather call the air china, China's branch is more useful then calling these people in singapore
Air China was very helpful, due to a wedding I want to attend I had to change my flight and expected enormous price rise, but I only had to pay very little. I got an immediate response to my mail and was served very nicely at their office.
We needed to change passport number on the ticket, as got new passport, went to the air China office. They changed right away, without hassle. We thought need to pay for it but there's no need. We are pleased about the service.
Bad customer service, called the whole day and not a single pick up, the global hotline picked up, but barely understood what I'm saying. Avoid air china if possible, they made me pay twice the amount due to system issue and now I'm unable to contact anyone.
This problem has been around since March 2017. The online check-in system has many errors and it wastes the time of passengers by request a complete re-keying in of information thereafter doesn't work. The Global line is a joke itself. 30 mins and "all agents are busy". Need to buck up on your service levels. I know you guys are cheap but that doesn't warrant you to be crappy. Also, hire someone with manners and speak decent english please.
