Good hospital. Area is very neat and clean. Service here are on time. Driving licence permission for physically challenged people are issued. RTO needs this certificate to issue you a learner licence. But for this you have to take prior appointment for getting this certificate. Usually there is waiting period of 5/6 months. It's a long waiting period. Ideally this wait g period should be reduced. But good part is if you get a specific days appointment your work will be done on the sane day itself. If you are carrying all the necessary documents. 5 photo, Aadhar card, address proof identity proof. Morning 9/9.30am you should reach. By 3.30pm they will issue certificate. So be prepared for full day. We you want carry lunch. Or canteen is there.

Today i'm sharing new process to get the Disability certificate and also UDID card with the Concession certificate, all the formalities for these three services can be completed within one day.
1.First thing is that you should have applied online for the disability certificate and UDID card on the swavlamban.gov.in website. You have to fill all the details and also you have to upload your photograph, sign and a address proof like Adhar ( try to upload the Adhar in JPG format).
2. Now submit after filling details online you will get a enrollment no. and two pdf which are 'receipt' and 'registration form'. Please take the printout of these two pdf.
3. Submit these printout to the hospital in room no. 09, Block B with your old handicapped certificate if any. (Please keep your original Adhar Card with you).
4. Your application will be reviewed by a doctor and he will inform you to stay if everything is correct.
5. Now your assessment will be started by the three doctors one by one. The time duration may be extended to 2:00 PM. so you have to be ready for full day.
6. After assessment is completed , they will upload your details online with your enrollment no. and generate a UDID no. .
7. Around 3:30 PM you will get your Disability Certificate and also UDID card print on the back side of the certificate (its not a UDID card) UDID card will be delivered to your correspondence address which you have provided in your online application.
8. Now if you want to get the concession certificate for railway purpose than you have to go to 107 no. room on the first floor and give your 2 colored photographs with your original Disability certificate . He will fill all the details in the form and take your sign . After 15-20 minutes you will get your concession certificate too.

Very pathetic service by doctor especially ot department.i went for long AFO.after roaming to 7 to 8 doctor in meeting they sensed me to psychiatry department of nair.And again I have to go to the same trauma. Doctor r very much careless.if by birth someone is having cp.what kind of behavior u expect from child age 4 yrs..wast of time to go this hospital.
