Good but what benefits the Gulfis with all honesty ..

Beautiful and clean, a lovely swimming pool and in front of the Montazah Palace

Bad experience .. Most of the workers treat them not professional .. Ignore the requests .. With a broken table skirt that has sharp limbs that may cause injury .. The services were requested more than once to clean the regular room and they did not respond .. Of course the negatives do not deny that the hotel's location is good and some rooms Have a beautiful view

No good children's bed options ,other wise it is good for taking vacations

Some point need to be improved such as room cleaning

Unfortunately, this year is very bad in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower is broken. The phone is not working. Alcatel does not work. The refrigerator closet does not work with water. Breakfast is bad.

I love this hotel a lot!!! Helpful staff, nice food, there is spa and nice swimming pool. Highly recommend for relax

Not meets the standards of three stars.
The room is not clean at all.
Very bad smell everywhere.

The most annoying thing is that one lady knocked in room door in the early morning while we ware sleeping asking me if I am going to check out or extend!!!!
I don t recommend this place at all

From the beginning, they ve canceled my reservation without my permission.
Also it s not valuable for money as they are using dismal lighting and even the food was not worthy.
Even the parking it still in back of the hotel inside residential tower.

Nice hotel and privileged location, but it lacks more room for care

Great location on the corniche of Alexandria Rooms are good but the basis is old and the breakfast food is great but the hotel prices are high at some times of the year

the site of resort is fantastic (5 stars)
the pool is nice (5 stars)
the room and in room service (2 stars no more)
the breakfast is just not bad ( 2 stars only)
* don't forget your room either Montazah view or pool view not city view again not city view
