Be careful working with this company They don t care about you. I started working there and found that the house had black mold. The residents were not encouraged to grow and develop in any area of life. They just hangout all day by sleeping or being at the park or street corner. I was told that I lacked common sense and was insulted and degraded by the clinical Director the CFO, and the Human Resource Director. One of the staff was using and instead of talking to them they wanted to do a surprise dismissal. I was just told that they have bed bugs also. This is not a good place and they are not able to pay you what you deserve the staff does not know how to make decisions on there own the nursing director who s name is Robert Weeks doesn t do his Job he has the staff who is not trained or certified pass medications this is a risk not only for the staff but for the residents who have major mental and physical health issues
