Went out to dinner with my girlfriend last Friday. I ordered the chicken parm. The chef wanted to bring our table bread/fries because of the wait, which was very kind! The chicken parm was burnt when it came out. Our waitress was amazing, very sweet. All the staff there were awesome!
Aida is a great little spot for lunch! I have a severe gluten allergy (celiac disease) and let the waiter know upon ordering. He and the owner both assured me that my sandwich would be toasted in the oven on a separate tray, completely separate from the toaster where the regular sandwiches are prepared. I had a great experience, fully enjoyed my short rib grilled cheese, and did not get sick after eating here. Great job, Aida!
I cannot say enough positive things about our Anniversary date experience at AIDA Bistro & Wine Bar in Columbia. I was hesitant to go out to celebrate but we decided to give it a try and agreed if we were uncomfortable we would leave and get take out instead. From the moment we walked in, until we left, I felt that all precautions were handled amazingly. Everything was spaced out, it was not crowded and everyone wore masks unless seated. They have 3 heated patios that are available to dine at as well. The customer service was superb. Our waiter was awesome, knowledgeable, answered our questions and had great recommendations. We had a very pleasant conversation with one of the owners. We even got to hear about Grandma AIDA who is 94 years young
As for the food and drinks, we did not have a single complaint. Everything we tried tasted fabulous! I highly recommend a visit to AIDA Bistro. If you aren t comfortable dining in or on the patio, they have the option for takeout as well. Including a date night menu, which is what we enjoyed. I forgot to take a picture of the first course, but have pictures of the others.
As a side note, I noticed their menu is allergy friendly and also had vegetarian/vegan options!

Just an all around excellent restaurant: outstanding food, service, wine and cocktails and gracious owners. We chose Aida Bistro for our last meal on the eve of COVID restrictions in March 2020. We have gotten takeout dinners along with whichever bottle of wine the staff has recommended. We have always been so pleased with everything, but we really look forward to dining in-person again. Apparently, the restaurant has gone above and beyond to keep everyone safe, and with the improving metrics in Maryland, we really should dine-in soon; obviously, it is a much nicer experience.
Excellent dinner. Ideal heated patio. Very very Covid cautious. The spring dinner for two price fixed option was excellent. Highlights included the duck breast with the smoothest creamiest sweet potatoes I've ever had and an exceptional grilled Caesar salad. Loved the espresso creme brulee as well. Great service to boot!
I have been here two times now and both times have been great. The food has always been delicious and the staff has always been very pleasant. Will definitely be back again.
The was my 2nd time here. I love that fact that you can create your own wine flight. The seafood tarragon pasta was amazing. The bartender was great too. They also offer bottles to go. I purchased the sauvignon blanc. I would also recommend the rose as well. This place and a nice atmosphere. Ive been for happy hour and got the same level of service. I will be returning soon.
Loved the place. Outdoor seating with heat. Service was top notch. The owner stopped by to chat. Food was good. The crab cake was not to my liking (too much filler). The crab dip, Brussel sprouts, and Shrimp were GREAT! I loved the sweet potato fries and sauted spinach. Please get the Peach Sour as your drink! My my my! Delish! I will return, soon! My children took me here for Mother s Day and what a pleasure! The food is amazing! It is extremely well prepared and very kindly and professionally served in a most inviting and friendly atmosphere. The menu offers so much to choose from and such high-quality and rather unusual choices! The entire experience was just wonderful. None of us even knew about this very lovely family owned restaurant but we will definitely all be going back!
