I recently needed roadside assistance and chose to give this towing service a try. The call to get a tow was straightforward, but the wait times were longer than I expected. ⌛ When the driver finally arrived, I felt rushed through the process. 🤔 Communication was a bit lacking, and I had a hard time getting clear answers to my questions.

The car was handled with care, which was a relief, but overall, the experience left me wanting better service. Would consider alternatives next time. 🚗💨
