Agriturismo I Mandorli Review

It is worth the place. It is in a charming place, quiet, with incredible views and near the sea. The food is fantastic and the service perfect.

Food was good, except for the starter, I'm used to other things for Agriturismo. Olives, there weren't any and other pickled things.

Surrounded by greenery in the Lotzorai area. Fixed menu for 35 euros which includes an appetizer of cold cuts and vegetables, two first courses (delicious), a mixed grill of meat, side dish, dessert, coffee, bitter and drinks.

Nice place, very quiet in the Lotzorai countryside. A nice swimming pool to relax and excellent cuisine.

What to say!! All very beautiful, it seems to be inside a village. An enchanting view, great food and a lot of kindness and professionalism. Congratulations to Giacomo and his staff.

This agriturismo is located in a beautiful landscape and you can enjoy great nature and awesome views of the sunset and sunrise here :-) The rooms are good & clean. The mattresses are quite old and very hard and you could feel the springs in your back. Also the shower curtain was a bit old, I would suggest to change these things, that would increase the quality a lot! The swimming pool was nice and in a beautiful location between some trees. The food was o.k. but we had better food experiences in other agriturismos before and it was too pricy! (30 per Person for veggi starters, small pasta and cheese).

This agriturismo is very nicely situated on the slope and the pool area is very large and inviting. Our room was very attractively furnished in a rustic style, had air conditioning and a large terrace.
We had booked half board ... which, based on our experience, we can only advise against. In our experience, the service in the restaurant is very Italian-oriented = guests who are not fluent in Italian are served far less caringly ... and if you have booked half-board, the food is also significantly less high-quality ... you are a guest 3rd class .... we therefore recommend eating a la carte or outside the home ...

We had a great dinner at I Mandorli. We took the menu tipico for 30 pp inc a ham& cheese platter, primi piati, secondi piati, coffe/tea, water and 1/4 l house wine. The food was delicious!

Amazing food. We got the typical menu and everything was so tasty, well cooked and a lot of food! We went recommended by a local and for the 'maialino' (piglet) but every single dish was amazing. Staff was so friendly and attentive. And the place has an amazing view, we were lucky enough to see the sunset colours while we had dinner.

Lovely place. My partner and I spent the mid-August dinner there and we were pleasantly satisfied. The first thing to leave you speechless is the place, spectacular, large as far as the eye can see, the structure with rural charm but at the same time renovated, a huge swimming pool with a view towards the mountains from which you can admire a small perched village that looks like a nativity scene. The highlight however is the dinner. Table with panoramic view fixed menu with traditional dishes but the interesting thing is the origin of the raw material "all at km 0", grown and harvested with their hands like this. A round of hot and cold appetizers accompanied with good cannonau wine but, personally, the highlight were the first with homemade pasta. Exceptional. To follow his majesty the pig. A delight, with a side dish of baked potatoes strictly grown by them. Portions sufficiently abundant for me at a fair price for the quality that one is savoring. Clean and efficient service carried out with a smile by the dining room staff. We will definitely return but this time with an overnight stay . Congratulations to the whole family that runs the farm, you do a great job keep it up.

This place is heaven on earth. The calm that surrounds everything is extraordinary. Real farm with free animals, vegetable garden and pond for geese. Go there ..

We came here for dinner, beautiful location, spectacular view, breathtaking view of Baunei, warm welcome, delicious food, fulfills our expectations with flying colors, absolutely to come back!

Sorry, but service off, menu not more than decent ... and I recommend not ordering anything extra (if you don't want a tile on your head)

Good agriturismo but like others ... I expected more

Wonderful quiet place in Sardinia. The agriturismo is centrally located and yet a bit out of the way. The pool is very large and he offers many sunbathing areas. The environment is very nice and not too touristy. Perfect for recreation. The team is very courteous and personal. Gladly again.

Lovely place, great roast suckling pig, by reservation, if you don't take the full menu but want to eat the purceddu and then eat more a la carte, it becomes a feat, the waiter didn't want to bring the menu but we had to ask what we wanted eating, for example, we would have liked baked potatoes as a side dish but it was not possible to have them because they had not been requested at the time of booking.

Very nice property with very loving and helpful people, if you want to eat typical for the country, this is the right place. Gladly again

We really enjoyed the lovely place, wonderful pool, and the rooms furnished with true Sardinian taste. Dinner on the terrace where you can see Baunei seems to be in a fairy tale ... Top Sardinian dinner really good the son of the professional and courteous owner ... try to believe we will be back

The place is very nice ventilated view of the mountains on the Baunei side, good appetizer natural flavors excellent dessert final, but the two goes for the suckling pig that I expected much tastier tasty tender, better the porchetta de Ariccia then ...

If you want to taste the tradition of Sardinian dishes, a visit to the Almond trees is a must ... you can eat divinely, congratulate them on everything, welcome and service ...

Family and informal atmosphere. Relaxation guaranteed thanks to the serenity of the surrounding countryside and the splendid swimming pool.

nice and clean place ..ottimo staff and friendly ... the food tasty

Only downside is that the crew is not very friendly and that they are not flexible about hours to eat. For example if you have to get your plane early. It's not possible to eat earlier or to have a packed lunch. Also no choice for kids to eat, every day spaghetti...

Fixed menu 32 consisting of mixed starters, which are definitely the best part, including cold cuts and cheeses from the area. Two first courses, maloreddus and culurgiones (without mint). Finally, suckling pig, sweets and fruit. All in a splendid setting of an artfully restored country house, framed by a typical Ogliastra landscape. Not to be missed.

Very nice and quiet place. Perfect with or without kids. Restaurant is good, owners are friendly. Swimming pool is nice and clean and has a nice view. I recommend this place!
