BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
As a small business owner I am severely disappointed with Agilex from the very beginning. I contacted the this company asking for a quote on some fragrance. 4 weeks went by with no response. So I filled out the contact form on their website and still no response. Finally, I was able to get through to someone and quickly realized I wish I hadn't.
I felt from the very beginning that I wasn't being viewed as a new valued customer, but instead I was informed that Agilex doesn't do business with just any company and that I would have to fill out and application for their review.
To make a long disappointing process short, they denied my application staying that my company was too small for them to business with. Horrible Experience!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

We have worked with Agilex on several projects and they hit it out of the park each time. Great team and fantastic results with the quality and production of the fragrance oils. As a small fragrance brand it is difficult to find a company who is willing to work with you and help grow your business. They have been a great partner in developing our fragrance compositions.

I simply must write a review after reading the only review I saw for Agilex, which was a very negative one. It was more of a review of someones bruised ego, not of who Agilex is at all. Agilex is an amazing company to work with. We started working with them when we were a little smaller and they were a little smaller. I can tell you, after 20 years of working with them, you will find no better people or service in the entire industry. They absolutely bend over backwards to meet your needs.

Confusing. I can't figure out why they choose to discontinue fragrances that our company personally sells a lot of and I can't believe we're the only ones but I really like my rep, she's a sweetheart and is always honest so who knows??

Amazing website! Looks like the customer service could use a makeover though. Difficult to say what their services are like. Nobody picked up the phone or returned either our voice or email messages.

This is boutique fragrance company that works for true businesses and brands in the beauty industry. It's not a mom-and-pop shop; it's an east-coast, west-coast, international fragrance manufacturer that has great scents and the fastest turn around time in the industry. Great to work with!
