About Agilecraft Oy
Agilecraft Oy is a Finnish consulting company specializing in Agile training, coaching and consulting for private companies.
Agilecraft can provide trainings for Scrum Alliance's Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO). If certification isn't the goal, trainings can be tailored for any company need. Coaching for Agile teams can be done in Finland (at the moment due to travel constraints). Consultation can be requested for e.g. Agile contracting issues, project management, product ownership, Lean Startup, Management 3.0, workshop facilitation, and Agile transformations / adoptions.
The company's focus is not any single framework or certification, but on the client's successful use of Agile to deliver business value. Therefore, even in Scrum trainings, the intent is to help participants adopt an open mind to different Agile approaches.
Agilecraft's CEO is Petri Heiramo, who is a Certified Scrum Trainer since 2008.
