I had ordered the most expensive plasterer I could get on the site, on delivery there was one roll with a different product. Immediately sent an email that it was not correct. I received an email back that they no longer had my item in stock and that they had provided a better alternative. I thought weird because the site says that the product I ordered is listed as the best and heaviest stucco runner.
After three weeks my opinion is that the replacement plaster runner is of much less quality than what I ordered, my house is half full and half full. I have expressed this neatly in my mail, after a week still no response. So I called and got Erwin on the line, who replied to my story, I saw mail I can not do anything with. Not recommended. Cheap solution, but the moving boxes that you get are literally pizza boxes from Dr. Oetker. The 'wardrobe' boxes are old and are literally held together with adhesive tape. But to be honest, if you pay little, you don't have to expect much. The back office people are brutal and you don't have to rely on any kind of service. Be warned!
