Horrible service!! I will be canceling roadside assistance since they go through this company. I will go through a more reliable and trustworthy company. We called our insurance to request roadside assistance for a lockout. We were sent a tech from 911 Auto Rescue. When the tech was trying to unlock the driver's door, his tool slipped and hit the windshield. Neither my husband nor the tech(not that we know) thought anything about this at the time. He unlocked the car and we thought all was well. That is until the next time we got in the car. Upon getting in the car, we immediately saw that the windshield was cracked on the upper driver's side. I called right away to report this. Agero and 911 Auto Rescue refuse to take responsibility and repair our windshield. There was nothing wrong with our windshield prior to the tech hitting it with his tool. Now a service we already pay for that should've cost us nothing is costing us a new windshield.

We used Agero through Erie insurance for a tow. The instructions given to the tow truck driver through their portal was as follows: car is unlocked, key is under the driver s mat. Our car was the towed by the front end with the parking brake on and the steering wheel locked for 30 miles. When major damage was noted to the rear brakes and the front end, a complaint was filed through Agero. They found that the tow company did nothing wrong. $1600 later, we got our car back and can now focus on the reason the car needed towing in the first place. Do not use Agero...they do not have your back.

This is quite possibly the absolute worst roadside company. If you run out of gas, AAA will bring you gas quickly. THis company will drainyour battery with automated surveys and reports and after waiting two hours for the gas some ne-erdo well will show up fresh off chillaxing from the couch and ask for gas money. You will be stranded if you dont have cash to pay for gas. If you are stuck on the side of the road out of gas your covered for a tow and will get off the side of the road by getting towed. Because they will after two hours show up and drive away if you dont have cash on hand . (if you had cash on hand would you be out of gas in the first place??) If your counting on roadside assistance its not gonna ever happen satisfactorily with agero. Agero is the worst company to have for roadside.I will be cancelling my policy with progressive. Even though the providers get 75 dollars for delivering a 2$ gallon of gas they choose to drive away and not help you. Your also covered for a tow which is way less than 75 dollars ... so the system is set up to give the gas guy 75 bucks to bring you 2$ worth of gas and then ask your for cash only to buy the gas. A tow would not only get you to a gas station but cost you nothing. Having agero for roadside assistance is WORSE than having none at all ...because having NO roadside assistance wont waste your time on the side of the road waiting for ageros network of providers which is usually pop a lock to arrive hours later to tell you they wont help you. For 75$ ill bring you a full tank of gas contact on google. thats quite ridiculous.

Used by Nationwide and Progressive Insurance companies as the supplier for Roadside assistance. Absolutely horrible. Left stranded by Agero provider for 4+ hours on the side of the road and Agero never seemed to care one bit.

Dropped Nationwide Insurances RSA program and went with another company. My first question was "Does Agero provide your network services?"

If you get Roadside with your car insurance check and make sure it isn't agero providing the network of service providers.

Agero deserves a swift kick in the pants for ruini...

Agero deserves a swift kick in the pants for ruining our Labor Day holiday. The alternator went out Sunday evening on our 2005 Camry and we called Agero to have it towed 1.5 miles to local auto repair shop. The repair facility would be closed when the car arrived, so we gave instructions to drop the keys off in the auto shop mail slot. When we call the repair shop Monday morning the following day, the car is not there -- It was towed to the wrong facility -- an address we had never heard of. We called the mechanic at the "wrong" facility to let him know that the car would need to be towed to the correct facility, and he would need to provide the keys. Another call to Agero to set up the second tow. We made it very clear we would not be there and that the tow truck would need to get the keys from the mechanic at the "wrong" facility. Tow truck arrives, but won't pick up the car because owner is not there. We rush over within 10 minutes, and by then the tow is cancelled. We place a call to Agero for our third tow attempt to get the car to the right place -- but the mechanic at "wrong" facility has already done $100 worth of "diagnostics" to tell us we have a bad alternator (which we already knew!), knowing full well we are trying to get the car towed out. It is as if Agero intentionally had the car towed to a disreputable business, and it does make me wonder how money is exchanged between Agero, the Tow Company, and repair facility, all at the expense of State Farm policy holders. Through the entire process, the Agero representatives are nonchalant, unapologetic, and do nothing to double check information or anticipate problems. After all, why should they care? -- They are going to just stick it to State Farm for cost of the 3 tows. To add insult to injury, they initially told us the tow would not be covered. My recommendation -- remove towing/emergency roadside service from your policy -- you will be doing both State Farm and yourself a big favor!

Very disappointed with Agero. One of their service providers caused $800 of damage to my vehicle on October 5th, 2018. One of their service providers incorrectly jacked up my car and caused damage to my engine guards/skid plate. This damage caused these items to fall off my vehicle while I was driving. Filed a claim with Agero but they refused to pay for these damages Not a happy with the service this company provides.

Left us on the side of the road for FOUR HOURS, wasting our time with three trash companies. One lied about his location, one shows up with a car already on his tow bed, and who knows where the 3rd was he never answered. And Agero customer service has the nerve to quote a "90 minute national average wait time" and catch an attitude because we're upset. And it's not like this service is free. Instead of wasting our time, giving poor service & attitude, and making us angrier by the minute be honest. You don't have anyone and you are not going to help us. Lies only waste more time. Could have paid someone else and been home.

14 hours later, car still waits.Keys still in ignition.....We were at PepBoys and as we pulled in, our car had died. The technician did not have time to fix it and put water into the overheated engine hoping to get us back to Telford. It only made it a block away to Golf Galaxy. We walked across a very busy street to PepBoys again and they called the towing service which stated "an hour". On Mother's day 2 very exhausted hungry children sat there waiting for the vehicle because it needed to be fixed that very same day because i explained my husband's first day at work was the next day and that he is the only provider for our family(for right now).We waited for 3 hours and we had to get them home to bed(my poor neighbor came to pick us up).It had been a total of 4 hours and the kids had CHIPS for dinner because the man at PepBoys was kind enough to purchase them for us(we have money for food just not to eat out)! By the time we got home, we only had time to shower and go to bed...The next day, the keys still in the ignition (because we had to get our girls home to bed). The car has been double parked in 2 parking spaces at Golf Galaxy over night because it literally died right there at that very spot. So, it's been waiting to be towed for over 14 hours! in fact, I called the next day and STILL they said,"an hour" waiting time.Terrible service. My experience is that they do not care if 2 children are stranded without food or water on a hot day for hours at a time(we do not eat out because we literally cannot afford to). Do not trust this towing service!...........Still very upset

As a towing service provider, Alpine Towing enjoys a fantastic relationship with Agero. They always provide accurate information regarding customer information and vehicle pick-up information. They stress "Customer Satisfaction" for each and every call and this has helped Alpine Towing become a customer oriented business. They pay their outstanding invoices on time.

Hands down the worst company I ve ever dealt with. Three hours to get my car towed, not because of a slow tow company, but because they didn t contact one for over two hours. I was disconnected from their terrible phone system three time, twice I was assured I d be called back if a disconnect happened, no call back either time. I was contacted by a supervisor asking if A tow truck had arrived yet I told them no , she became flustered and told me she would call me back in a minute, never heard from her again. I finally received a notice stating that a tow truck had been dispatched, had to call the company direct to actually find out an ETA. Similar problem with them a few months ago when my 21 year old daughter had a flat tire at midnight on a highway, except they never dispatched a tow truck and my son had to drive hours away to help her. They are beyond terrible, absolutely a disgrace of a joke of a company.

Late Sunday evening I discovered a flat tire on my parked car. I called Agero Roadside and was on my way in 45 minutes. The person who came was polite and professional. The overall experience could not have been better.

I am insured by USAA. Following an accident I called USAA and they transferred me to Agero. A tow truck was dispatched and the driver informed me that he would be taking my car to the lot belonging to the tow truck company for storage. I told the driver I had already arranged for the car to be received by a Lexus recommended body shop. Agero's tow truck driver refused to follow my wishes and caused a two hour delay and several phone calls to Agero and the tow truck driver's supervisor before the driver was willing to transport the car to my requested destination. It is not legal in California for an insurance company to dictate the body show used by their insured. The driver at one point threatened to drop the car off his truck and leave it at the accident scene. When we finally arrived at my body shop the shop was closed and I had to make alternative arrangements to leave the keys and log in the car.

They do not pay their service vendors. Then when a price is finally agreed upon, they give you a 1 time use master card, only to dispute the charges 3 months later. If you are a towing company out there I highly recommend not doing business with these clowns. There are other reputable breakdown assistant companies out there.

I wish I can give no stars but Google won't allow me, it is the worest roadside assistance, they should not be in business long time ago. they don't care about their customer safety. I requested a tow while on the highway and I had my family in the car with my 3 years old daughter and 4 month old son and I asked them to send me 2 cabin tow truck so my kids can rid of in the second cabin, but they sent me one cabin truck and me and my son who's 4 month old had to ride in the cabin with the driver and the rest of my family had to ride in the car on the top of the truck going across the city of NY and no action was taking from management.

Horrible. I don't know when insurance companies like State Farm are going to wake up and realize that when the dispatch repeatedly lies to you and tells you "10-15 minutes" for nearly three hours, it looks bad on the insurance company. They were horrendous to deal with over the phone, they have a proclivity to clearly lie, and they are completely and utterly unhelpful.

Agero is one of the biggest shams in the industry, HORRIFICALLY run & professionally mismanaged "disorganization by design" is the best way to describe them. They truly are the cancer of the industry victimizing not only the general public by putting there safety in jeopardy by promising there clients (insurance companies) a service for a price that they simply cannot provide without victimizing both the customer as well as the service provider & that's exactly there business model! ......they will literally spend hours circle calling tow company's in the middle of the night price shopping for a customer who has run off the road in a blizzard (no exaggeration) if they cannot find a company to do it for oh most nothing just so they can make a profit they will just leave the person there for hours on end until they get someone to say yes & then they. Don't pay them for 45 days (at best) and then pay them on average 20% less than agreed just because they make it so difficult to get the difference!

i was a agero service provider. they are the worst roadside assistant company in the world. I suggest you go with AAA, which I consider the best. i have worked for them all. allstate also sucks. Agero never returns your calls or messages. Could care less for customers and their service providers.

Horrible service, wish my insurance company would use someone else that's somewhat reliable and professional. Vehicle gets towed to a "storage lot" (ends up being isolated in the backyard of a building) and instead of keeping their word on towing it the next day to the final destination, it remains forgotten in this yard for over 3 days.

Dave Ferrick, you should be ashamed of yourself. Having your company representented by Genese Carter, Christopher Lennon, Brian Rossie, and Bob Mcvoy is a discrace. Agero is the worst company I have ever delt with. First they ran me around for paper work and photos then avoided my calls and never, i mean never returned one of my 20 plus messages. Then telling me they will settle my claim within 24 hours later to find out they denied my claim with out cause merit or notification. Toyota should be embarrassed to be represented by such a shady company. Everyone should consider even buying a different brand of car just to AVOID having to deal with AGERO.......Simply put AGERO SUCKS.

I really can't express how disappointed I am in this company.

For those that don't know, Progressive contracts Agero to handle their roadside assistance issues, although they don't really advertise this (gee, I wonder why?)

I requested a tow from Progressive through the roadside assistance number and was put in touch with an Agero rep who took down my info. I waited for hours, and no truck showed up, nobody even returned my calls. Eventually I had to leave my car on the side of the road and take an Uber to work, I was already very late. I spent most of the day trying to get in touch with somebody to have the car towed but still had no luck.

Keep in mind they immediately charged my card the $143 tow fee though.

The cops ended up having my car towed later that day, and I was subject to a $464 fee to have it released. I then paid another $65 to have the car towed to a mechanic.

After raising all kinds of issues with Progressive I was finally put in touch with someone at Agero, a woman named Katie, who told me to send her my expenses and they would review my case and pay me back.

I got a call a few days later telling me that they would pay me back the $464, but they we're still going to charge me the $143 for the original tow, telling me "otherwise it would have basically been a free tow."

So not only did this company completely fail to provide service and admit it, they then had the audacity to refuse to refund what they originally charged me for a tow. They didnt do a thing to earn that money. Providing me with a complete refund and a "free tow" as they put it is literally the least they could have done after the complete lack of service and nearly $700 total out of pocket expense I incurred RIGHT before Christmas.

Agero is not a company interested in doing right by it's (unwilling) customers, they obviously only care about doing a bare minimum. There's a reason they only have 1 star.

The sad part is, if you're using them you probably don't have a choice. Your insurance company has contacted them without your consent or knowledge.

Because of this, I'm going back to Geico, it's more expensive but I would rather pay a premium that's twice as high over dealing with Agero ever again.

HORRIFIC. They will leave you high and dry. Just get AAA. Agero takes a bad situation (needing roadside assistance) and turns it into your worst nightmare.

This third-party roadside assistance dispatcher, Agero, is used by car insurance companies (ex: State Farm) and new car manufacturers (ex: Toyota). You will be under the false pretense that you are covered with roadside assistance, but that is only on paper.

If you are deserted on the side of the road in an unsafe location, in desperate need of a tow, expect to jump through a ton of hoops that lead to nowhere. For example, you will need to go through dial-a-robot phone menus that send you confirmation emails which then send you to broken links. A robot tells you that a towing company will be assigned to you, to hang up, and to expect them to text you with the tow company and ETA, but then you never receive any confirmations beyond that after waiting fifteen minutes. So you call back and try to get a human... nothing... over and over... then when you finally get a human with broken English, they keep you on the phone for a long time asking redundant questions in slow motion of information you already provided to them eight times in the same conversation (like, "What phone number are you calling from?"), and ending every comment with, "Thank you so much, Ms. So and So," over and over, just to buy themselves time. After them drawing out the phone call for twenty minutes of redundant questions and scripted speech, they tell you they can't get ahold of any towing companies to dispatch, even though you are in a heavily populated metropolitan area. But then they simultaneously text you that they are, in fact sending a tow company with an ETA of three hours. You call back to their dial-a-robot, forever phone-hold system to verify if that is true, and they tell you yes. But then they call you back fifteen minutes later and tell you that it was a mistake and no tow is coming.

This is what happened to me yesterday after a drunk driver hit me. It took SIX HOURS to get a tow truck to me while I waited in my car. This is in the San Francisco Bay Area, a heavily populated metropolitan area that is highly competitive. What excuse can they come up with?

Then this morning, I got a call from a tow truck driver confirming that they are on the way to tow me... even though I was already towed! The tow truck driver said that is typical of Agero to double-book and not follow through with the tow companies to confirm closed-cases. What a complete mess!!!

I will be purchasing AAA and possibly switching car insurance companies.

Never trust roadside assistance through car insurance companies or new vehicle purchases. If you do, make sure it is not Agero. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible service, rude customer complaint departme...

Terrible service, rude customer complaint department and possibly criminal. Pressured me to give my credit card number in a very stressful situation, charged me over $300 for a tow that I didn't need and now, 8 days later, still haven't returned the money. I've filed a complaint...no response; my insurance agent called to get resolution...no response. They took a bad day and turned it into a bad week. I'm dropping roadside assistance from my insurance and going back to AAA. Avoid dealing with these people if at all possible. Find out who your insurance uses for roadside assistance and if it's Agero, run away and find a different option.

I set up a tow for my Subaru from my house to the bodyshop, about a week in advance. It was set for 10:00am on a Tuesday. No one showed up. I called the toll free number for Agero to ask them what was up. The lady said that the towing company had decided it couldn't do the tow, so they just canceled it! The Agero lady said she'd get another company to tow the car in "about 60 minutes". After 90 minutes, I called Agero again. They said that the 2nd company had also decided they couldn't or wouldn't do it. She said she'd call somebody else. Well, the 3rd towing company actually showed up and did the job.

I would call the personnel at Agero incompetent for not being able to find a reliable towing company.

Without a doubt the absolute WORST company I have ...

Without a doubt the absolute WORST company I have EVER dealt with. I wish I could give them negative stars as they certainly don't deserve even one. Initially I thought that the woman assigned to my case was a poor fit for customer service. But after speaking with multiple people at this company I have come to realize they are not there to assist the customer, they are all rude, they are dishonest, and certainly don't care to pick qualified service providers to send to assist their customers. I utilized Agero for a tow. The service provider they sent out did not know how to perform a wheel lift tow (by his own admission). My boyfriend had to give him directions. The SP took pictures once the truck was lifted showing no damage to the body of the truck. We are towed home and due to it being the middle of the night, we were unable to see the damage caused by the driver. In the morning, we noticed the extensive damage done to the vehicle. The entire front bumper was shifted at least 1.5". The bumper bracket was completely buckled. The headlight was cracked. Among other things. I immediately contacted Agero to file a claim. An adjuster came out and estimated approx $1900 damages, looked at before and after pictures and agreed the SP was responsible. I requested Agero reimburse me for the $110 I spent on the tow - which I do not feel was unreasonable by any means. I was assigned a claim representative who after several lies, ignored emails, phone calls, inconsistent information, and over a month of waiting - said that there was insufficient evidence that the SP caused the damage. Luckily, I had opted to take the SP to small claims court and a judge deemed them responsible based on evidence provided by myself and the SP. I reached back out to my rep and she told me that because "the tow service was rendered" they could not issue the refund. Every time I asked to speak to someone different or a supervisor she told me that "there was no one else in the office," "no one else would talk to me," or that she could "have a manager call back in 2-3 business days." With honesty, communication, empathy, and a sense of urgency (staples of customer service) this whole encounter with Agero could have gone completely different. At every point of the process they were difficult and dishonest. I had my bank reach out to them on my behalf and they even felt that the people at Agero were unwilling to help, let alone listen. I really can't even express how terrible this company is and how much additional stress they caused my during an already stressful time.

Had a great experience with Agero! My son and I broke down in our home town on a Sunday afternoon. I called Roadside Assistance for service. My customer service rep was courtesy, knowledgeable & efficient. I was given a 40 min ETA. The service provider arrived within the 40 mins, loaded my vehicle and I was back home within 10 minutes! Would most definitely use the service again! Thank you Agero!

Agero F'ing sucks! I ran out of gas on a busy highway with no shoulder and called
my insurance company's roadside service provider. After going through the motions of
the long and drawn out verification process and explaining where I was I was advised that it would be an hour before I could be brought gas! After an hour passes and I call back to see what the hold up was I was then told that it would be another 45 minute
wait because the only driver from a garage in my area was on a call. I ended up cancelling the service and walking the 16 blocks of unfamiliar territory to buy gas and a gas can at the nearest station. This is after a long hard days work...who wants to go through all of this in a process that is supposed to be painless! Agero you bastards!

I was shopping for the holidays in NH with my wife and were running out of gas, but as we tried to take the exit to get gas, we were cut off and missed the exit. We tried to make the next exit, but ran out of fuel. I called Roadside and they had a tow truck out in 45 minutes. The driver was polite and very helpful.

Great service, Thank You

The worst roadside assistance company in the world. I had to call them four times to get the address right of where I was broke down at. I now have to take the day off from work to get my tire repaired because I couldn't get to the tire place until after it closed. I will be switching auto insurance carriers as soon as I can. Awful company!

Agero is a scam. They dodge your calls and avoid you as long as possible so they do not actually have to handle your claim. I am going on two months since an incident with a roadside provider left my car dented and the only contact i have received from Agero was some paperwork in the mail they wanted filled out and returned. They never return calls or emails. They are just waiting for me to give up and live with my dented car. Not gonna happen!

My car recently broke down on the side of the road. I called for a tow and the agent handled my call quickly and professionally. I was given an ETA of 60 minutes and they arrived in under 45. The tow truck driver was friendly and knowledgeable and he got me back on the road quickly. All in all it was a great experience considering how stressful breaking down on the side of the road can be.

Wish I could give them less than 1 stars, have paid them for roadside assistance for over 5 years thr progressive ins; yesterday my wife broke down and contacted them via progressive app for a tow. 4 hrs later they still had not shown up? Luckily I was able to pick her up as its now 14+hrs later from initial request for help; they've assigned (3) total tow trucks/different outfits which (0) have ever shown up or even headed towards location of tow per the gps tracking. For reference it's a 6 mile tow! Stay away from Agero and most definitely don't pay Progressive Insurance for added road side assistance as it's 100% contracted thr Agero & they may leave you stranded for 24+hrs for 7minute tow even in a non remote area when your in need!

I attempted to use their roadside service on Octob...

I attempted to use their roadside service on October 19, 2017. I got a flat tire on I-95 in Philadelphia. I had just changed my car insurance to Progressive and didn't know whether I had roadside coverage or not. I contacted the roadside service number and spoke with a CSR. During that conversation she asked me whether I had coverage. I told her that I wasn't sure because I had just changed to Progressive about a week earlier. She said she couldn't check with Progressive. Then she said I would have to let out of pocket and it has to be cash. As she was getting the information for the place I wanted it to be towed to, I lost her. She never called me back as she said she would. I am sitting on one of the most dangerous highways in the US. I then called the roadside number again and got another CSR. It sounded as though she was at home. It was close to 7:30 pm, so the CSR told me she couldn't help me because she was getting off shift. She then said she would stay a couple of minutes late, but when she went on the computer of shut down. She told me that I would have to call back. I called for the third time, this time completely pissed off. I then spoke with at least 3 supervisors. The last one, who by the way was in Tuscon, Arizona. I am in Philly, and they are trying to help me from Arizona. They had to ask me a number of times where I was. It was ludicrous. Then they attempted to check if I had coverage. They told me that since I had just gotten a new policy that they probably would not be able to confirm it. It took them over an hour to tell me this. They then charged me $125 for the tow, and they I would be reimbursed for it the next day. Have not heard from them yet. Did not get towed until 9:30 pm.

So if you own a tow company stop stop stop contrac...

So if you own a tow company stop stop stop contract towing, make them pay us what we are worth If you have a road side contract ,you should cancel. If all us towing companies stop working for them, they will have no one to tow, but to pay towers prices. They pay us $35.00 to $50;.00 a hook and 10 miles free in and out miles, but they will pay a non contractor partner with a credit card $200.00 a hook up. This is why you have to wait 3 hrs for a tow company to get your car towed or the tow truck breaks down because they don't pay us a enough to be able to pay a driver, insurance and truck payments. They owe me $15,000 in unpaid job plus, they just cancelled my account for them calling me on out of my area tows. We are charging them out of area tow prices that the other tow company left the customer on the side of the road for 3 hours. I picked them up in 45 mins and my manager Matt Couillard and his boss Kerry told me good luck on getting paid for my jobs. When you cancel a contract to a company, you should pay them within 30 days. They are a joke and a scam to do business with. They short you on every job that you do and when you do work on a PO that is a guaranteed payment. I have authorization from supervisors for the payments, but now they're saying they're not going to pay. If you own a tow company stop working for them now! If you are having the same problem I am, contact the Attorney General's office turn them in for fraud. The insurance company charges the customer a lot of money for the roadside assistance, who's a third-party contact for the insurance charges a percentage and pays the tow truck drivers like s*** and treat them like s***. If you're a paying customer to get a faster tow call a tow company directly, pay them, then get the receipt. Turn the receipt into your insurance company. Your insurance company will reimburse you so you don't have to go through the middle man.

Terrible company scam artist. Called my insurance to get a tow, they send a tow who is insured Agero. The tow damaged my truck on the way to the drop off location. I finally get in contact with someone at this company and they tell me that i cant get a replacement vehicle till an investigation is over. So now im down a vehicle because of yalls tow company and you wont provide me with a replacement. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. And this is your policy.. some joke. if i could give negative stars i would gladly. "representative on the phone tells me if the car is drive-able you shouldn't have a problem. With any insurance any driver involved in a claim would get a car until the investigation is over.

don't ever deal with them, they are never on time, they give 90 minutes of estimated arrivals but it takes them hours and a few times I had to cancel the services due to the delay because of the shop I was taking my car too was closed and I had to wait for the next day to get the service.

First time calling in a Tow Service thru State Farm Ins who uses AGERO TOWING. I called around 12:30 pm. Received a text message stating a 2:30pm ETA. Well it's just about 4pm and still no tow service. I called customer service at 3:15pm and was they will arrive in 20 mins. Now they just called me back and said I can try and wait 20 more mins or they can call another company for the tow which could take at least 90 mins. Horrible Horrible Service!!!!

I am a Liberty Mutual roadside assistance customer. It took Agero 25 hours to provide roadside assistance after spending over 6 hours on the phone with call center members. Liberty Mutual needs to end it's contract with your company. This company left a disabled retired woman on the side of the road for 25 hours.

Tow driver told who used to work for this company ...

Tow driver told who used to work for this company that they call around to get the cheapest rate for towing. Sat on the highway for 3 1/2 hours waiting. Had to call my own tow truck driver who came in 20 minutes while they were still trying to find a driver. Meaning they couldn t get a driver cheap enough. People who work for these companies and the executives all have a special place in hell waiting for people who try to save a buck with peoples lives who have an emergency. TRYING TO SAVE A DOLLAR ON PEOPLES MISFORTUNES MEANS YOU GO STRAIGHT TO HELL. Enjoy the money you made today until your dieing breath scum bags.

They hire serious criminals to tow you.

They hire serious criminals to tow you.
The tow drivers are VERY unprofessional.
For example, one tow truck driver barely knew how to put the car on the tow truck.
He also had a helper (both of them were fat.)
The helper fell asleep on my shoulder slobering on me!!

2. They always have computer glitches as they claim and sometimes get waiting for 3 plus ours or more because of there so called computer problems.

I hate this company with everything in me!!! They should be fired from nationwide

Let's see...
Agero called my company to make keys for a car. The representative requested a price breakdown which I gave them. They told me that Agero only pays for the service call not the keys and that the customer would be responsible for the keys. She then proceeded to call back the customer to let him know I was available and secure a time for my service. The customer did not answer his phone so the representative left him a message to contact me directly to arrange a time. I responded to the job within the scheduled time . I made the keys to the vehicle and the customer paid their share. I then called Agrero to complete payment and they informed me that because the customer called me directly that they were no longer responsible for payment. They informed me that I needed to go back to the customer for the additional payment . We are the only auto locksmith within 50 miles or more and their customers will have to suffer for their actions. We will not service Agero at any of our locations.

We have used RSA several times this year

We have used RSA several times this year
A couple months ago my husband and son broke down in our truck
The alternator had went out
We got an hour ETA but the tow driver got there in 45 min
I went and picked up my husband and left our 18 year old son with the truck
The tow truck driver was VERY polite and VERY professional
I think it was Advanced Towing
We have been saved by this towing company before and always had excellent service.

My wife and I was traveling back from an important meeting with her lawyers when our driver side tire blew out. I thought I had a spare and was going to change the tire, I did not have the spare tire with me so I called in to roadside assistance. The representative that I spoke to was very polite and professional. She ensured me that she was going to get some help to tow my vehicle and she even help me find a repair location in the area. When I received my text message letting me know which service provider was on the way, it said 45 minutes. The service provider was there in 25 minutes and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Very professional service from Agero representative and the service provider

Thee most unprofessional and unsavory motor club we have ever worked with. To anyone that wants to work with them. Be very careful, record and save every single phone call. These people are not to be trusted and they will waste your time and money. Read all the fine print, especially the details on there website, once you sign on to there portal, you agree to an arbitration-only clause, meaning that if like us, you find out you have thousands and thousands of dollars unpaid, or not reimbursed from vehicle release fees, or invoices fractionally paid, or outrite denied with out your company being informed... you dismiss your right to a lawsuit. They don't care about there service providers, there clients, or clients clients (the stranded motorist).

Beware!

Beware!

Tow truck driver cracked our brand new windshield on a routine tow. I spent WEEKS trying to get this sorted out, and they denied my claim because the tow truck driver's implements "do not come in contact with the windshield". Their team was very understanding, but refused to do anything about it. This company will always have plausible deniability with damage claims, and long story short you're not going to win unless you have an eye witness or catch them on camera.

I called for a tow because of worn brakes. My engine was running fine. Agero's truck put TWO holes in my oil pan and broke the front bumper skirt in two. Claim and appeal have BOTH been denied. Repairing the damage is estimated at $2800! If I had run over something to cause the oil spill, wouldn't there be a trail of oil at the top of the photo leading to the first puddle?

While Chris Richard and others are accepting accolades for customer service, Agero's customers are being treated poorly with significant failures in providing promised services. They left me stranded earlier this week promising that the tow truck was on their way and would arrive in 20 mins... For 5 hours! Today, it's going on 3 hours with their customer service unable to successfully dispatch a tow vehicle because their department that handles payments to tow companies has not been available the entire time. There are no supervisors and no leadership present at the call center according to the people I have talked to. Agero has failed me twice and really should take a serious look at how bad an Agero customer experience is.

Left stranded in Atlanta for 9 hours before we left our camper on the side of the road. Called for help and nothing was accomplished. We finally called a wrecker company and found help. Poor service.
