NOT RASi, go find another company that is competent! Awful customer service...they don't know what they are doing!

To register our non-profit we (IJPC-SE) several years ago, we became customers of RASi and continue to pay our annual fee. To be honest, they continue to strike us as very disorganized, always delay any services we request for up to months, and are NOT ON TOP things.

Besides resident address services, they promised & we paid them to register us with the IRS for tax exemption status 503(c)(3). They engaged another company they paid & told us afterwards that RASi did not have the expertise. After months of inaction & failing to follow-up or explain delates, that company COMPLETELY BUNGLED the forms they filled out for the IRS & the IRS mistakenly misclassified our org.

They wanted more money to fix their errors. We finally ended up contacting the IRS and going through a painstakingly long appeal process filing the papers to fix this mess ourselves. We were NEVER refunded for work that was done improperly ! Not good.

As a young entrepreneur, I have a passion for starting businesses and but lack the expertise on how to make the best formation decisions and found myself lost on how to start with the right foundation. I reached out to RASi and their friendly sales reps walked me through the process with ease. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and provided me with more than enough information I needed to take the next steps in starting my business.

Go find another company that is competent! Awful customer service, takes forever to responde to emails, when call most of the time they are either on lunch or too busy, I placed an order which I did not received, processing time was 2 weeks if you don't pay the rush fee, so I waited 3 weeks contacted them and they just apologize for their delay, then place my order which was lost, so I don't even know how is their product I end up ordering with another company which did not charge neither the rush fee nor extra fees, I received my order in less than a week. I tried with them because of recommendations, didn't work for me.
